We really enjoyed our stay. Kids really enjoyed pool and game room. Very roomy home for us. The distance to parks wasn’t that far either, about 30 minutesI I loved the washer and dryer - bring your own detergent. I would advise that there be hand soap in each bathroom and more hand and body towels available to use. And the kitchen didn’t offer many towels to dry dishes and clean up. I did do a lot of cooking and the kitchen utensils and pots and pans were old and very used. The dishes and cups were very nice. Also the shower pressures were very strong. The beds were very comfortable and we got good night sleep!! The neighborhood was pleasant!! Overall we did enjoy stay snd had a great visit!! Thank you.

Family Disney vacation

Everything we needed or wanted was met by Kip. The home is beautiful, the beds comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, the pool and hot tub area is set up very nice. The game room is in good shape and updated. We couldn’t be happier!

Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was clean and had all the amenities, with extras of everything so we did not run out for the duration of our stay. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer our questions/inquiries. The owners of this beautiful villa truly care for their guests and go out of their way to make them feel like family! I highly recommend and would book this villa again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Kip and Nenita for our enjoyable stay!

Great vacation Home

Clean property. House was very spacious. Pool and spa was loved by our family - kids and adults. If we are in that area again I’d consider staying here again. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we had.

Magnificent, cost effective and wonderful

This place is excellent. I went to Disney world with my wife and adult children. The place was roomy,comfortable, beautiful and clean. Virtually every single room has a TV, at least one with Netflix. I can't say enough about having a pool on premises, a hot tub, and everything you would ever need for a wonderful stay. There are no exaggerations in the listing but the listing does not give enough credit to the decorating and particularly the Disney decorating for children and the young at heart. Not to mention the game room, the available Disney books ( dozens) supplied by the owner and a DVD player and other thoughtful touches. Speaking of the owner. When we arrived there were greetings and best wishes on a great vacation accompanied by a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Great to deal with, the attitude of the owner was welcoming and warm. This place was great for us but for a family with kids (by the way, there was a crib and playpen for babies), it would be ideal and full of value. The one and only fault had nothing to do with the owner at all. The residence was not as close to Disneyworld as I would prefer but what made the distance feel so long was the astonishing traffic. I live on Long Island which is afflicted with mighty bad traffic but I would say the roads around Orlando are worse and shameful because the lights are not timed right and were built for a 1980's Disney. The roads around Disney were created to serve the Disneyworld of 1976. With that said

Fun times at Disney!

We stayed here for a family vaca to Disneyworld. It was an easy drive from the Orlando arpt to the property. It was also easy to get to shopping and all the Disneyworld parks. The house was big and roomy. Our Host Kip was excellent to work with and always responded to our calls. The we were excited to have a heated pool and hot tub. (We had to pay extra for that which we did.) Unfortunately, upon our arrival the pool and hot tub were cold even though Kip had turned on the heat 24 hrs earlier. I guess it takes time to heat that up at this time of the year. However we were able to use the hot tub almost every day, but we had to wait an hour or more for it to heat up. If we ever return to this area - we would stay here again. The house was great and so was Kip!

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay!! The home was large and comfortable for our group of 10. We were close enough to all the parks that getting in and out each day was fine. The only minor concern was the width of the street after seeing all the cars parked along the side, it was a very tight squeeze for a large van. So keep the size of your vehicle in mind. Other than that the owners were very informative and helpful about the home and surrounding areas.

The house was great, lovely neighborhood and kind neighbors. Home was clean, huge and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Conveniently located close to everything and 30 min from Disney. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Wonderful!

Everything was just as advertised plus more! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the villa. The owners were very easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and spacious, and the pool was great. You can tell the owners really care about their guests, they provide everything needed to have a great stay. The kids had so much fun with the pool toys and toys in the house. Very comfortable - can't wait to go back

The property is in a great location along the 27, very easy access to all the usual Orlando attractions. The property itself is clearly a point of pride and the property is well appointed, the WiFi is quick and the towels / bedding is all of high quality. All of us slept well and we're thoroughly comfortable throughout our stay. I'd recommend the villa to any group of people as it has plenty of excess space to not be on top of each other all the time. The owner was very attentive, friendly and available whenever I reached out.

First Florida Family Vacay

Beautiful Villa

Lovely spacious villa, clean and tidy and a good location to Disney parks. Nice pool area and you are not overlooked by neighbouring properties. The villa is in a great location for local grocery stores and eating establishment’s. The owner ( Kip )was easily contactable and responded quickly when we did have an issue with the property. The pool area could do with a bit more lighting but that is a minor detail. We would absolutely recommend this property for larger families visiting Disney. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
