Great complex, but misleading unit pictured
It was my second time at The Elements. The location is great, the complex is clean, well maintained and well situated. We work remotely and the internet connection on the beach is phenomenal and we hold our videocall from there everyday. On the other end, the pictures of our unit are misleading. They were probably taken 5 years ago. They palm trees are now fully blocking the view. You can't see the pool so let alone the beach. The pictures on VRBO show a great view of the pool and the ocean. The propane BBQ was replaced by a charcoal BBQ. I had to buy the charcoal to use it so we did not. The patio set was replaced by an old set and one of the long chair was damaged and could not be used. Our concierge Carlos was super nice and tried to accommodateas much as possible, but the management team Playa Moment did not do a thing to compensate for all the inconveniences. I would think twice booking this unit, but would go back anytime in another one at The Elements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the service with playa moment was horrible. When we arrived, the person at reception told us that we had no reservation. No one from Playa Moment was waiting for us when we arrived. I had to call by Whatsapp to be told that Carlos was there. But no, he wasn't there, we waited 30 minutes in the lobby with my little girl, barely 1 year old. Carlos arrives and tells me that he had texted me by WhatsApp that he would be late, but I was on the plane with no WiFi before I arrived in the lobby!!! I had booked this condo in April 2023 for our January 2024 vacation and the person at playa moment at that time told me that there was a problem with the washer/dryer but that it would be fixed for our arrival. In September 2023 I followed up, I was told yes yes it will be fixed. At the beginning of January I follow up every week before my departure and I am guaranteed that the washer/dryer will be functional when we arrive. Surprise no washer/dryer when we arrived. I wasted the first 5 days of my vacation chasing playa moment and Carlos who was just buillshittering me. They delivered me an old washer/dryer that didn't work, then an electrician had to come because the electrical panel wasn't made for that, then the washer was leaking all over the condo. 5 days of mess. We didn't have water in the kitchen, it also took 4 days before we got it and I had to fight to get it. We didn't have a toaster when we arrived, I had to ask for it. The condo was dirty, the floors were not washed, there was only 1 dishcloth, no wine glass, no BBQ equipment and so on.

Great beachfront location with excellent staff. The unit is very spacious. A little shabby and older but very liveable. Enough room and activities for a family with young adults and a younger child.

Good Stay
The living room AC was not working for the first three days. The technicians were working until 9pm one night and didn’t fix it and left their latter in the kitchen. Once the unit was fixed the technicians left screws and dust on the stove. Besides the AC issued, we enjoyed our stayed.

Great beach club, spacious suite, location wonderful and really helpful concierge/security. Condo missing a few little things- could have more towels and oven mitts. A clothes washer would have been really useful. Overall it was great and I would definitely rent this suite again

This time we were put into a condo that was not well maintained. The sofa needs to be replaced, the refrigerator did not stay cold, the wash machine did not work, the air conditioning was extremely loud. Our concierge from the Bric management team needs more experience. The Elements staff at the front desk were awesome and very helpful. The location of the resort is great and the pool is spectacular.

Great view of the beach from the balcony and everything in the unit was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and great furnishings. Kitchen was very well equipped. Aldo was great to work with and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well. The whole building areas are kept immaculate and the pool and jacuzzi are great! Very safe and secure feeling family building. We will definitely return and will absolutely recommend this building and Unit 208 to our family and friends!

With that said none of the rentals are perfect.The management company solves the problems that come up, it is all abouthow they fix the issues. Playa Momments is great in solveing problems. We spent two months at the Elements and Playa Momments followed up on everything.
