This beautiful luxury 3rd/4th floor penthouse apartment has a rooftop terrace with its own private pool, sun deck and seating area with a marvelous view of the Caribbean. This luxury condo-hotel has, in addition to the private pool, a family swimming pool on the ground floor with a bar and an infinity pool for adults on the rooftop with a bar and snack bar. It has maid service three times a week. An elevator is provided for your convenience. We have parking for our guests. We are only steps away from one of the nicest beaches in the area and the world famous fifth street.

The best location in Playa

My wife booked this stay for us last winter. We wanted ten weeks in a penthouse apartment in Pueblito Escondido. We had to settle for 5-week stays in two different apartments. This apartment was gorgeous. I had no issues with it whatsoever. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing. The property manager, Bruno, was very helpful. Calle 38 is the most beautiful street in Playa. I would be very happy to spend all of my winters here.

Excellent location

The location was perfect and we loved the private pool. Much quieter than other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Great restaurants on a beautiful street. Perfect for beach access and very helpful concierge in the building who truly added to our experience.

The condo is just as advertised with a fantastic location and roof top pool. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Easy walk to great restaurants and beach.. We will surely be back!

The place itself is very spacious and clean, complete with everything you will need. AC works perfect. Beds very comfy. Having your own private pool on the roofdeck along with access to adult only infinity pool overlooking the ocean is just incredible. Very safe. Great location, public beach right by the building. Close walk to the vibrant nightlife of the main streets. Grocery 7 min walk away. Will stay here longer next time.

Fantastic place - very responsive owner

Wonderful spot down from 5th Ave and right next to a great beach area. The rooftop pools were amazing. Overall great vibe. Owner was both great with communication and thoughtful about items in the place like necessities for the beach and recommendations for around town! Bruno the property manager was super helpful - checking in multiple times to make sure everything was good. Would def recommend

Perfect location. Beautiful Condo

Wow. This place is awesome. The location is literally just a quick walk away from a public beach that was peaceful, clean, and not that crowded. The roof top deck with small pool ended up being a great hang out spot for our family. In the evening we would open the large sliding doors. This allowed a cool breeze to flow through in addition to live music from a local restaurant. We had a party of six so we had to use an aero bed as additional sleeping space. Even the blow up bed was comfortable and fit into a spot under the stairs that we probably wouldn’t have used anyways. The owner went out of her way and was super helpful. We were so happy with our visit and will recommend this place to all of our friends.

4 Days at Playa De Carmen

The Condo was very nice. I stayed with two friends following our time further south at a music festival. Accommodations were just what we needed to relax and re-energize. We were close to the beach and nice restaurants. We had an opportunity to do some shopping, cook some meals in our room and use the pools and relax in the sun or stagaze. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond with our questions.

Great spot

My partner and I had a great experience at this property. Colleen was very helpful/responsive, as was Bruno. This is a great location and the pool on the roof was awesome. The one small issue we had was the WiFi connection, as the speed isn’t great (we were trying to work remote for a couple days). But apparently you can upgrade the speed for an added cost at the front desk. But excellent experience overall!

Nice Place ! Safe stay.

Very clean place. Good location close to tons of restaurants. Short walk to the beach . Main door into condo is through the second bedroom. 5 gallon jug of water this was great to have . Would stay here again .

The condo did not disappoint. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Bruno the property manager was great. When we had issues we gave him a call and he responded quickly. If we visit again, we will definitely look for this place again.

Perfect Penthouse Stay in a Beautiful Location

My family of 6 loved our stay at the penthouse. The rooms were set up very nice and left us relaxed. The roof top pool was great for our children to take a dip in whenever they wanted or us to lay by and enjoy the sun. The location of the penthouse is perfect and so close to all the best shopping. So many great reteraunts within walking distance. It was kept very clean . WE loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning!

We had a great time swimming in the private rooftop pool and the large infinity pool for adults. Both had great views. The location is perfect for strolling down Fifth Avenue for shops and restaurants.

Amazing views and location!

The condo was the perfect place for a spring break trip: the beach is literally down the road, and the rooftop pool and patio area was a perfect place to hang out! The condo itself was super clean and spacious, and the property manager provided great customer service and help when we needed to get a taxi. Also, the condo is located within walking distance to tons of great restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy, beautiful vacation to Mexico!

Beautiful property walking distance to the beach!

The location is ideal. The property itself is beautiful inside and out. On top of the condo is a private pool and deck to lay out. There is also an infinity pool that we spent time hanging out at too. The customer service was fantastic and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Beautiful beachside condo

The condo was stunning. My friends and I were there for weekend getaway and the accommodations, location, and hospitality was excellent. It was so nice being able to literally walk out to the beach right from the condo but still have the option of infinity pools looking out at the water. The condo was spotless and the property managers were immediately on hand to help us with whatever we needed from private chefs to more towels to restaurant and activity recommendations. There were great restaurants on the street alone so it was very easy to get around but still maintain the ambience of the Mexican culture. Would definitely come back again and would recommend to any one of my friends or family!

Gorgeous condo and perfect location!

Loved staying at this condo! It has everything you need whether traveling with a small or big group, and it's right next to the beach. Private pool upstairs and an infinity pool as well. Great place to have a relaxing vacation, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars on 5th avenue. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

Not a day goes by where I wasn't wishing I was exploring Mayan ruins, sprawling out oceanside, or swimming in a cenote. We purchased the condo in 2006 and have been the only owners. Since then I have fallen in love with Playa del Carmen. I was proposed to at the top of a 137 ft pyramid here (Nohoch Mul) , married oceanside here at a beautiful marina, and now I love to come visit with my family and friends. Every time I come here I discover more and more things I love and find it harder and harder to leave.
