House 250m², Palamos, private pool, ideal for families

The Puig de L’Esparver is located in a secluded corner of the mountain that surrounds Palamós, from where the Mediterranean that bathes the bay can be seen just 1.5 km away. A rustic-style house that combines wood, large windows, open spaces and the originality of its design. With its 250 square meters of housing highlights a common area of 150 square meters where living room, dining room and kitchen live in a single room with direct access to the (private) outdoor pool.

The residence is fully equipped to accommodate 12 people that can be accommodated in 4 different rooms. Each 4 rooms has its own bathrooms with shower,
3 of 4 suite rooms with own full bathroom are completely renovated and have air conditioning (OPTIONAL)
The kitchen with all appliances and appliances for service as well as a large American-style refrigerator. An ideal place to disconnect from the routine with family or friends and enjoy the good weather.

Super séjour
Maison grande et tres bien équipée. Piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Endroit calme. Près de toutes commodités et plage. Bas de la maison qui n'est pas climatisé mais nous avons fait avec. Popriétaires et "personnel" qui s'occupe de la maison gentils et disponible.

Tranquille habitation, dans la nature .
La maison est au calme et spacieuse, tout n'est pas sécuritaire, un cache de filtre autour de la piscine est cassé, un enfant aurait pu s' abîmer une jambe, le pommeau de la douche exterieur a besoin d'être changé, aindi que le lave vaisselleen fin de vie.

En general bien, la zona piscina llena de avispas
La zona de comedor-cocina lo mejor de la casa. El aire acondicionado solo está en las habitaciones y se ha de pagar 20€ por día y habitación, nosotros no lo hemos necesitado abriendo todas las ventanas había corriente. El inconveniente ha sido la zona de la piscina todo el día llena de avispas, no la hemos disfrutado y eso que hemos ido con niños.

Casa excelente equipada, todo tipo de utensilios que hacen más cómoda la estancia. Habitaciones del primer piso amplias , con luz natural y todas con lavabo independiente. Zona de piscina perfecta para tenerlo todo controlado El trato con Cari y Ricardo de 10!

Superbe maison pour des vacances au calme
Très très jolie maison pour des vacances en famille et au calme Les + : la piscine, l espace (chaque chambre est spacieuse et possède sa propre salle de bains), l équipement de la maison, le calme ( en pleine nature), Les - : assez éloignée on doit prendre la voiture pour tous les déplacements, les fourmis, la climatisation a payer en sus de la location Nous avons du faire face à 1 souci d eau assez désagréable : la maison n est pas reliée au réseau d eau public et dépend d1 puits , avec la sécheresse le puits s est retrouvé à sec et nous avons subi 2x 1 journée sans eau …ce qui est vite compliqué. Mais ricardo et les propriétaires ont été disponibles et réactifs heureusement. Nous avons passé 1 excellent séjour

Casa muy descuidada
Se nos inundó el baño debido a un incorrecto mantenimiento de las tuberías y tambien la habitacion. Tampoco pudimos usar durante casi 24h nada de agua ni baños. Varios nidos de abejas en el jardín. El cesped del jardín estaba descuidado, lo que pocedía a más plagas de insectos. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios y con restos de comida. El precio que pagamos es muy alto para encontrarnos las condiciones que aparecieron.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans la maison. Elle est tout simplement très agréable à vivre. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour y passer un séjour. Dans chaque chambre, sa douche avec le nécessaire pour tous. On est jamais en manque de verres, tasses, couverts, ustensiles, serviettes, torchons... , Très bien équipée. Le sentiment d'arriver dans sa maison familiale tellement tout y est et, aussi et surtout, la maison est chaleureuse et bien agencée. C'était un week-end très nuageux, on a donc peu profité de l'extérieur mais dès qu'il y avait des rayons, la terrasse, les extérieurs et la piscine sont super adaptés et agréables. Pour finir, elle est très bien située pour être proche de la ville, pour son accessibilité, la proximité des commerces et du bord de Mer. Une maison dans la pinède et le calme. C'était réellement parfait pour le groupe d'amis que nous étions, pour nous reposer, profiter et décompresser.

Maison située sur les hauteurs de PALAMOS À 5/10 mns en voiture du centre ville et 30 mns à pied. Situation calme et isolée et donc idéale pour passer un moment entre amis. Supermarché à quelques minutes. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et du gestionnaire.

Fijne vakantiewoning voor grotere groep !
Wat een heerlijk huis ! Alles meer dan genoeg aanwezig, elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer en wc, grote keuken. Prachtige locatie, super dicht bij palamos en calonge ! Naar palamos is het zelfs te lopen. (terug wel berg opwaarts) Helaas waren er wel heel veel wespen bij het zwembad. Welke we niet weg kregen ! Ook de weg naar het huis was bijna niet toegankelijk door wegwerkzaamheden wat wel echt een minpunt was. Helaas waren dit tijdens ons verblijf grote werkzaamheden. Heel slecht voor de auto’s en last van de stof en herrie gehad smorgens vroeg. De eigenaresse heeft wel contact gezocht met de gemeente maar de werkzaamheden moesten nou eenmaal gebeuren. Wat natuurlijk ook zo is maar het was zeker een domper. Toch ondanks dat een fijne vakantie gehad in dit huis, genoten !

Gran Finde semana con amigos
Fuimos 9 amigos, la verdad que la casa es muy cómoda y práctica tiene ping pong, piscina propia, el comedor muy grande y todas las habitaciones reformadas el único pero ha sido que se anuncia con barbacoa y en realidad es una plancha eléctrica y que el aire acondicionado es a parte pero la verdad que no se necesita para nada. Por otro, la ubicación genial ya que no hay casi vecinos alrededor y es todo muy tranquilo. Ricardo y Cari muy dispuestos y amables

Une propriété idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille
Très belle maison dans un cadre parfait pour des vacances en amis ou en famille. 150 m2 de pièce à vivre, piscine, et pas de vis à vis. Seuls bémols : un frigo pour 12 personnes est trop petit, et difficulté d’accès Wifi. Un très bon moment passé dans cette villa avec une grande disponibilité des gérants. Merci !

Ideal para ir varias familias
Es un alojamiento con piscina privada ideal para ir diferentes familias. Cada habitación tiene su cuarto de de baño. Está totalmente preparado para ir con bebés; cuna, trona, bañera de bebé, incluso una Babycook. Está totalmente equipada. Lo único negativo que podría decir es que una vez hicimos la reserva ba través de la página, nos cambiaron el presupuesto y nos pidió más de lo que ponía en la página. La comunicación con el dueño también fue buena.

Séjour agréable en période de covid !
Bémol avec des guêpes trop présentes aux abords de la piscine malheureusement pendant les fortes chaleurs ... manque une climatisation dans la chambre au rez et dans le salon ... manque de rangement dans deux chambres ... Sinon maison très agréable et spacieuse, tout le nécessaire pour barbecue familiale et passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis ...

NO repetiremos
No me gustó, tuvimos que limpiar todo antes de utilizarlo (muebles de exterior, horno, vajilla...) . Telarañas en los lavabos y en el comedor. Una cosa es que sea una casa rural y otra el poco mantenimiento-limpieza de la casa. La casa podría estar mucho mejor de lo que esta, teniendo también en cuenta el precio pagado por ella.

Experiencia muy buena
Éramos un grupo de 12 personas y nos gustó mucho la casa. Lo único a mencionar es que habían muchas hormigas pero es normal en la naturaleza. Los jardines y la piscina estaban muy bien cuidados.
