Great beach vacation!
We had the best time on our family beach vacation. The property was close to the beach and dining options. We took our 5 and 1 yo. They enjoyed the splash pad and outdoor pool. We also utilized the hot tubs and indoor pool as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location, big pool, but needs some improvements.
We enjoyed our stay. One bedroom unit was spacious & updated, but the unit needed to be dusted and swept, and crumbs needed to be vacuumed from the sofa and chairs. The room was stuffy and had an old smell. My sinuses always improved once I left the room. Enjoyed the big outdoor pool and the burgers that were sold near the pool. Condo is right on the beach and near stores and restaurants. Indoor pool and gym needs ventilation. Long wait, up to 45 minutes, for an elevator during checkout. They really need to stagger checkout or come up with a better plan.

Great location and co do. Even though it’s an older Phoenix Property, the accommodations were great
We stayed in a one bedroom unit, 311, which was right near the stairwell. Perfect access without having to wait on elevators. And it wasn’t loud even with us being that close. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily. Bed was very comfortable. Living area was nice. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to park in the underground lot. Pools were very nice and clean. We would definitely book Unit 311 again.
