Completely remodeled 2/2 single family home in Clearwater. Your private retreat includes an in ground Salt Water Pool(not heated) and lush landscape with palm trees and flowers. Yard is fully fenced for privacy. Very close to famous Clearwater Beach, shopping, St Pete/Clearwater Airport(PIE), Tampa International(TPA), and many restaurants. Minutes to FL RT 19. Nice family neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, and beach supplies. Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, several dishwasher pods and laundry pods.
2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa bed(Full), 2 full bathrooms. The pull out sofa is in a spare room off the kitchen.

Amazing stay

Family vacation

Lovely villa with a great central location for all our needs and friendly neighbours made us feel welcome. Connie and Bob our hosts were always available for contact throughout our stay. Would highly recommend if your looking to vacation in the Clearwater area.

Positive Experience

The stay at this property was perfect for our family. We were travelling with our two children (ages 6 and 4). Property Manager/Owner was proactive to have communication with us prior to visit to clarify check-in process. The check-in process was easy and simple. When we checked-in, we were impressed with how spotless and clean the property was (both exterior and interior). This was consistent with other reviews we had read on VRBO. The pool was also very clean and perfect to cool off in during July/August. Overall, very positive experience and happy to consider booking this property again!

Great place to stay with family !

Beautiful property great location. Communication with host was great from start to end. Pictures shown online or exactly how the home and pool are. Pool was wonderful children did not want to get out.We’ll stay again if we come back to Clearwater area.

Amazing rental home

Absolutely amazing house in a wonderful area of Clearwater. My family and I had a wonderful time. My children loved the pool! The house was better than advertised it had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this home again. Excellent customer Service!!! No complaints at all :)

Gorgeous spacious 2 bedroom house with pool

Love our stay here for 6 days. With a gorgeous pool. Kids loved the pool more than the ocean. House was close to anything you needed or wanted even a short drive to many different areas of ocean my favorite is Honeymoon island in Dunedin Florida.

Great vacation rental

Clean, modern home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a short drive to several area beaches. We spent countless hours in the saltwater pool, our personal favorite. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Truly a five star experience.

My Stay was Excellent

This was my 2nd time staying at this property - I absolutely love the house - it is a perfect size with an amazing pool in the backyard. The home is extremely clean inside and out and the location is perfect with easy access to the interstate for hopping to Tampa- Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's. There is tons of shopping and other amenities close by. The owner (Connie) is an amazing person to work with and made our stay BOTH time extremely easy and very comfortable. Thank you Connie - whenever I'm back in the area - I will definitely be staying there.

We'll be back!

We chose to stay here for a long overdue family vacation. The beginning and end of it is, Connie was a great and gracious hostess. We had good conversations with before the trip and she checked on us upon our arrival and departure. The house is cozy and you'll find most anything you need. It's also centrally located so most things don't take that long to get to. Of course, the best part of the property is the swimming pool! Nothing like hitting the beach during the day and coming back to wind down around the pool. If family comments are any indication, we'll be back next summer! Thanks Connie! Great place for family vacation

If you are looking for a quite place to stay in Clearwater this is the place for you. The house is beautiful and the pool is the perfect size. There are several beaches, parks and restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay - definitely recommend!

Wonderful home with everything we needed for our Tampa/Clearwater trip! Centrally located, easy drive to beaches, airport, downtown Tampa. Meticulously clean with beautiful private saltwater pool that we used every day. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

A little bit of home.

It was like staying at a friends home for the week, very homey and comfortable. It is in a very good location, 5-20 minutes to everything. Neighbors are quiet. Owners very easy to work with. We would stay again.

Lil bit of heaven

Awesome getaway, nestled away from hustle and bustle but convenient access to all amenities (target, sam’s, Costco, Starbucks - all within 5 min). Reasonably priced with perfect pool. This house is well cared for and CLEAN!! Appreciate owners attention to detail, calling prior to and during stay to make sure we had all that we needed. Pool was perfect and backyard serene. Our kids swam everyday and were content with the well equipped tv’s and WiFi. There is nothing you need to bring or purchase to stay comfortably other than your food. Only recommendation (from my spouse!) Is to add a garbage disposal.

The house was great! Very comfortable, we felt right at home! Centrally located and easy to access beach and other attractions. The pool was great! Home was very clean and had plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, etc. Owners were very friendly and even called to be sure we had checked in ok and called again when we left to be sure we enjoyed our stay.

Einziehen und wohlfühlen

Wir haben ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden, dass mit allem ausgestattet war was man braucht. Auch für Pool und Strand war alles vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt mit Bob und Connie, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns per Telefon und per Mail viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bob und Connie.

A perfect home for a perfect vacation!

Everything about this house was perfect. It was immaculately clean from top to bottom. The location for us was perfect. Air conditioning worked great. And the POOL! Did I mention the pool??? We spent most of our time in the pool and it was fantastic. There is a nice grill outside, though we never got around to using it. Communications were lightning fast and Connie was quick to answer all text messages. The house had all of the accommodations a family could want. You can tell the house was remodeled from top to bottom. The attention to detail is impressive. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in yet, and I hope to come back for another visit next year.

Quiet neighborhood, nice location close to beaches, amenities, etc.

We had a great time staying at the house. Kids enjoyed the pool very much and the house was well cared for and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come visit the area again. Highways were easy to get with no problems with traffic.
