LOCATION: Quiet neighborhood centrally located off I-70 with quick access to ski areas: Keystone (10 min), Arapahoe Basin (15), Copper Mtn (15), Loveland (20), Breckenridge (25), Vail (30), Beaver Creek (35). Shopping and dining close by in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco. 1/2 half block to the Blue River's fishing, hiking and biking trails. Adjoins private lake for kayaking, paddle-boarding. Fishing close by. 1 mile to ice skating area. 1 mile to Raven golf club.

Feels like home away from home

This home is beautiful and very nice! We had our entire family, 8 of us and it was perfect for family time as well as places for quiet time. The owners were very helpful with questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a space for us to stay and be able to have more time with our snowboarders!

Very Nice House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicer than we thought it looked in the online listing and very well equipped. We went skiing every day at Copper Mountain, which was only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice stay in Silverthorne.

This property was perfect for our family! It was located in a great spot with lots of options for food and groceries. We loved that each couple had their own space and bathrooms and the kitchen was beautiful! The hottub was the perfect start and end to the day!

The Perfect Stay

Everything about this home was welcoming and relaxing. The open kitchen/living/dining area made for a large comfortable space for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Very clean. Conveniently located from skiing and shopping. Basement “theatre” area was a great extra space for kids. Lots of games available. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to communication. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and convenient!

We had a great time in this home while on our family ski trip! The kitchen was very well stocked with all that we needed to cook for 9 people. The directions for everything like the wifi and tv's were very well laid out. The hot tub was great - hot, clean and so relaxing! The location in Silverthorne was very convenient to Keystone, Vail and Breck. Thanks for a great experience.

Mountain Family Memories

The location was perfect for skiers and sledding! Stores close by! We loved the hot tub!The home was fully equipped! The views were spectacular! Family reunion after Covid and two new additions to our family! The kitchen and outdoor grill made it easy to feed our group of 12! King beds for all plus bunks for the kids and a pack n’ play! Luxury! Already telling friends.. this is the BEST place ever! Owner helpful and responsive!

Perfect Family Place

This property is absolutely beautiful, well-cared for and has great views from every window of mountains, sunrises, and stars. Every imaginable comfort is supplied and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had our entire family ( ages 8-73) with us and we all had a wonderful time. There are plenty of things to do in close proximity—skiing, snowmobiling, shopping and scenic drives. Loved our stay here!

Luxury convenient to ski mountains

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly well-appointed. We were spoiled by the chef-grade kitchen with an induction stove, double ovens and an over-sized refrigerator/freezer. Even the utensils, cookware, and serveware were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with a ton of useful cooking needs, such as olive oil and spices. The layout of the house allows for multiple guests to have their own space while providing a comfortable and inviting place to gather. The basement was perfect for the kids to take over and the house has tons of games and puzzles. We skied Copper and Keystone, both of which were an easy, straightforward 20 minutes away. The garage had racks for our boots and skis and the mudroom had shelves and hooks for our ski gear. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and the beautiful deck. Don was so communicative and easy to work with. He was kind enough to let us know when the cleaning crew had finished and we could check-in. The place was immaculate and it's clear that every detail has been thought through in order to provide guests with a seamless and comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking this house again in the near future!

The Perfect Upscale House

If you are looking for an upscale house in Summit County for your group, this one won't disappoint. Mainly because of the four king bedroom suites, we booked it for our family get-together between Christmas and New Years. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, which is highly important for us, and all rooms were beautifully furnished, even (especially!) the one on the lower level. But then there is the amazing kitchen: huge, all custom, with high end appliances and abundant space for the cooks in the family to share the space. It was also well equipped; there wasn't a thing missing that we needed. The separate refrigerated drawers for wine and beer were especially fun. Between the garage and the driveway, there was plenty of room for the six cars we brought. The location was most convenient, with liquor and grocery stores close by. Everyone in our group enjoyed this fantastic house!

Great Property with a Great Location and Accomodations

This place is top notch! The location of the property was key for my group as we needed to be close to North Pond Park. It's a quick walk down the trail beside the blue river (16 minutes) or a quick 1-2 minute drive. This place is also a quick 20-30 minute drive to Breckenridge which is where we did our skiing that week. As for the accommodations, this place rocks! While we only had a group of 6, It does have plenty of beds and space to spread out. The downstairs area is really quiet if you need to get away and do some work for the afternoon as I did. The kitchen is updated and had everything we needed to cook throughout the weekend. The hot tub is a good touch and was in pristine condition. One very important factor for my stay was the fact that the owner really cares about this place and really wants you to enjoy it. They left plenty of recommendations in town as far as food and entertainment goes. I will certainly be staying at this property in the future when in the area.

Outstanding Luxury Property!

This home is truly the perfect place to stay in the mountains. Perfect location, right next to main road just north of Silverthorne. Extra large 2 car garage. Beautiful views! Can't wait to come back during the summer. Everything worked great: hot tub was perfect, all TVs in each room worked great, theater TV in theater room was awesome, steam bath in basement bedroom was amazing, induction stove was also amazing, and double oven was perfect for entertaining 12 people. The frig was huge- the biggest we've ever seen. Previous guests left lots of foods/cereals/coffee filters/snacks. Master bed/bath was huge and incredible. Didn't use the master bath jacuzzi tub, but room enough for 2 people. Heated floor tile on the main floor was really nice. And gas fireplace really kept us toasty. I would definitely come back. Really awesome place. And the owner was really good at communicating with us. Only critique is maybe to have a long piece of rug/carpet out to the hot tub so don't have to walk in the snow. But otherwise, a luxurious highly recommended home!!

The house was great and comfortably fit the family of 13 (9 adults and 4 children)

The property is conveniently located minutes from all the activities and resorts (Frisco adventure park, copper Mountain, Breckenridge to name a few). We loved the house had a bedrioom with a bathroom for each family. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and dishes for cooking meals. I would suggest adding a larger baking dish and maybe a griddle. Was difficult cooking for such a large family in small dishes and pans. Overall we loved it here and want to go back soon!!
