Welcome to 7-UP — a beautifully appointed second-floor condo located within the exclusive Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II in the peaceful area of Cayman Kai. With its sweeping ocean views, contemporary comforts, and thoughtfully curated amenities, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience for your Grand Cayman vacation.

Stylish Interior:

The spacious, open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light and opens out to a screened lanai furnished with outdoor seating. Here, you can unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Inside, the condo features warm wooden finishes, a calming colour palette, and a large HDTV with cable and Netflix, plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A selection of board games and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.

Accommodation:

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and upgraded linens. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a view of the garden, with both rooms comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Fully Equipped:

The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinetry and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and drip coffee machine. Coffee and tea are provided to help you settle in. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guest use.

Essential starter pack included:

Kitchen essentials such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters are provided to get you started.

Home essentials include shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with an ironing board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also included.

Inclusions:

Guests have complimentary access to a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), kayak, and two bicycles, which are ideal for exploring the area. Beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella are also provided. These items are stored in the unit’s private locker — please follow the instructions in the unit to access and return them securely.

Resort amenities include access to the Kaibo Phase II freshwater pool and jacuzzi, which have been newly resurfaced and overlook the beach.

Convenient Location:

Located just a short walk from the Rum Point Water Ferry, 7-UP offers quick boat access to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 15-minute drive away, and medical facilities such as Health City Cayman Islands are about 25 minutes by car.

Recommended Restaurants:

The Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, Upstairs Restaurant, and a local coffee shop are just steps from the condo, making dining out easy and convenient.

Guests also benefit from a 10% discount at La Casita Mexican Restaurant in East End.

Transportation:

Due to limited public transport in this area, a rental car is highly recommended.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are available on the way from the airport. drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open.  However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
