Proximity to the beach was absolutely excellent. The property was weld maintained and communications with the property manager were outstanding. Will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Great 3 night stay at this condo. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony is amazing! Tons of restaurant choices close by. Plenty of parking and the beach and pool are steps out the door. Bathrooms could use an update but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay, easy access to beach
We had a lovely stay at this condo. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with modern appliances. All the details from the description and pictures were accurate. The condo sits at an angle to the beach, so you can't see full sunsets, but it's very close to the beach with a short walk and still great views. We requested a late checkout the day before and the manager was accommodating. The only minor inconvenience is that the condo's keypad is hard to see. We arrived at night, and the keypad didn't light up until you pressed a number. Also, be aware that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a community laundry on the same floor that only takes quarters. Overall, I highly recommend this stay for anyone seeking easy access to the beach and comfortable, relaxing accommodations..

WHEELCHAIR USERS BEWARE‼️
I was so excited for some family time on the beach! But upon arrival I immediately realized it would be damped! As a wheelchair user, I searched many locations and I confirmed with the host that the bathroom was wheelchair accessible at this condo. He said other guests had stayed there and had no issues. I even gave my wheelchair measurements! So I booked. BUT…. That wasn’t the case at all. Even though my chair is small it wouldn’t go through either bathroom door. I’m from Tennessee so I’m far from home and can’t leave. The host suggests maybe an office chair that I could transfer to and he’d reimburse me. So we dwelt to Walmart. It was doable but not safe because it was wobbly. I had to use the downstairs bathroom. It wasn’t just an inconvenience but it was completely avoidable! Not to mention no shower during my stay and using the kitchen sink to wash and brush my teeth! Very disappointed to say the least! No one should have to worry about such a basic right and need. I understand the world isn’t build around the disabled and that’s why I confirmed my needs before booking! Lesson learned!! 😢 😡

The listing was 100% accurate!! We truly needed this getaway and it was worth every bit of our hard earned money!! I loved the open communication with the host! Not much was needed after arrival because there were no issues! I liked that it was private with a gated beach entry. Perfect! Also, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The furniture as well!! The TV was easy to work too!! So grateful. Will be back!!

The condo was awesome! It was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed! The views were amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. The location of the condo was prime, close to everything including shopping and entertainment. My only concern was lighting, was a tad bit dark but nothing that couldn't be worked around! We had a great stay!

Fantastic location and property
This place was perfect. Steps to the beach and a balcony that had a perfect view of the Gulf whenever you want it. Great space for our family of four (two teenagers). The condo was in great shape and very clean. The ONLY downside was the pool being as cold as the Gulf, but hey, more beach time! Easy to get around to dinners every night as well. Would have no hesitations to stay here again.

Great location and beach view was beautiful.
This condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning settings were not desirable for us, too hot at night. Bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The balcony view of the gulf was wonderful! Location and neighborhood is upscale and safe. Uncrowded beach and pool with lots of nice furniture for lounging and sunbathing. We will rent this condo again.

Gulf view condo
The condo had amazing views and access to the Gulf. The unit was clean and updated. The pool was clean and comfortable. Pots and pans in this unit are stainless. Id recommend bringing some non-stick cookwear. I did not like that there was no property management available all week. My family members were trapped in an elevator for 20 minutes. The call button to EMS was not relaying the call. After they we freed, a mother and her children were stuck and EMS had to come out too. Apparently this had been going on all day, but noone was there to close or repair the elevator. That evening EMS closed the elevator until repairs could be made. Our unit owner responded to our concern right away and stated he would contact property management. The elevator was fixed 2 days later. On the bright side, the condo was only on the 3rd floor and there are 2 accessible stairways. I am disabled, but managed the stairs okay. Overall, I'd say I would stay here again.

It was good, just did not like having to fight with the A/C settings, it was auto set for 78, so once we got it set for 68, then it had an auto shut off from 11:30 pm until you touched it in the morning. It is not something I will ever want even at my house. But it was nice and the view was okay. I guess we prefer looking directly at the ocean and not at an angle. Property owner was really nice and eager to help when needed.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Just a few minor things that can be worked on. I find the refrigerator really is not thst cold. When you get a drink out of it, the drink is barely above room temp. The thermometer in the room doesn’t actually read the correct temp. The pool should be cleaned on a daily basis.
