Sleeps 8 - 2 bedrooms (queen beds) , 2 full baths, and a small third level loft (2 twin bunk beds) with ladder entry and open wall for lower level views. A sleeper sofa in second floor living room is also available.
Full sized washer and dryer. Kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, basic cookware, utensils, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a full size refrigerator, Mr. Coffee coffee maker and a Keurig.
Bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic cleaning supplies.
This condo is in the Wilderness Section of the Homestead Resort property, located off Overbrook Rd, just outside the main resort in Glen Arbor, MI. Ground level deck facing the Crystal River. Lake Michigan is a short walking distance.

This is a beautiful location between two bodies of water with a peaceful patio area overlooking the Crystal River. Lake Michigan beach is a short walking distance...providing incredible sunset views, with the Manitou Islands and Sleeping Bear Point in the distance.
A short distance away from downtown Glen Arbor or the Homestead Village where you can find restaurants, canoe/kayak/boat/bike rentals, unique shops, putt putt golf, and a park with a playground for the kids. Glen Lake schools also has a beautiful playground, a great place for a picnic in the summer and a great place hang out with the kids.
This condo is heated. No air conditioning but ceiling fans and fresh air from the woods makes for a comfortable stay.
Winter provides another beautiful season with downhill/cross country skiing at the Homestead Resort. The National Lakeshore offers opportunities for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, with miles of trails. Check out the Visitor Center in Empire more information on the trails and beach accesses outside of the Homestead.
This is a privately owned condo, not resort owned. The pools and tennis/pickle board courts are not for public use. Other resort amenities such as the beach, market, shops, ski hill, spa, salon, shops and restaurants are open to the public. This condo is not wheelchair accessible.
Only a short drive to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, hiking trails, restaurants, and Wineries of Leelanau County. Crystal River just off the back patio and Lake Michigan a short walk away.

Firearms must remain secured in vehicles. Fireworks are illegal in Michigan and are not permitted on the property.
Wi-Fi is available but is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for internet outages.
Guests are responsible for taking all trash to the designated disposal sheds before check-out.

Outdoor Adventures: Sleeping Bear Dunes climb, hiking/biking trails, canoe/kayak/boat/bike rentals, Putt Putt golf, a playground, and plenty of. beautiful beaches along the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Winter Activities: Downhill and cross-country skiing at The Homestead. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the National Lakeshore.
Local Attractions: Wineries, art galleries, unique shops, and a variety of restaurants in Glen Arbor and surrounding areas. Farmers Market is held on Tuesday morning during the summer, located next to the Townhall.
