The unit was absolutely wonderful! The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The unit provided everything that you may need. The check in process and checkout process was very easy. We had a fabulous time here.

All communication regarding check in was complete—made the process so easy! Location exceeded our expectations! A really special place! Planning on returning to this building! Was not able to reach property manager with a question we had, which was a little disappointing—glad it wasn’t about anything terribly important.

Very nice location to beach and to restaurants and shops.

Nice location Just enough room for 2 people... furniture and decorations are a little out dated ...but it was comfortable. Provided everything you needed... just need to bring essentials and food and your all set! Walmart is close and Target.

It appeared that sprinkler system was quite rusty. No evacuation instructions in unit. Looks like it would be very dangerous in case of a fire. Not sure how you would be warned in case of a fire.

Very outdated needs remodeled

The property is very outdated. The wallpaper is coming off the walls. The kitchen stove is rusting. Hinges on interior doors are rusted. Ceiling has water spots in places. Pictures of the unit are really nothing like the actual unit. The unit is smaller than what the pictures look the unit is larger.

We loved the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool, and restaurants! Dated property, although well stocked. We did not know there was no elevator until just before arriving.

Great location!

Loved the location, walking distance to shops/restaurants. Overall, the complex was nice, well kept, no noise from neighbors through the walls, etc. Richard was very helpful when we had a power outage from a storm. Pictures showed & some reviews mentioned out of date decor. I have no problem with out of date decor. The things that are stained, worn through, rusted, peeling, etc., need to be replaced/maintained.

The area is great the unit is in real need of updating

The Isle of Palm area is a great area and I would go back there. The unit we stayed in I would NOT. The unit felt dirty because everything needs to be updated. The floors, bathroom, kitchen, walls, and bath are all old.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. But on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The porch was breezy and had a nice view of the ocean. The bed was comfy. My only complaint were the fees charged by Evolve.

Fantastic and Relaxing Trip

This was our first time to Isle of Palms. We had a wonderful end to our summer. The condo itself was a perfect fit for our family of three. The view was unbeatable. Just some items to note: This condo unit is on the 3rd floor. We liked that because it made us get in a workout. The condo building is right on the beach. Perfect for a quick outing, back in for lunch and then ending your day right on the beach. The Condo has all things available like towels and kitchen items you would need. We did Uber our way around Charleston and did not have a hard time getting an Uber right out to Isle of Palms and back. We thoroughly had the best vacation.

Cozy, Clean, Comfortable
