Solo getaway on the peaceful side of the Smokies
It was the perfect solo getaway with enough access to amenities but removed enough from the hustle and bustle. Spent the time relaxing and writing. Will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Perfect vacation
Clean, quiet,beautiful setting. The cabin sits just far enough from the big attractions, but close enough that you're not driving constantly. Wildlife right outside your front and back doors. Is on the list for a visit next year. If your're looking for peace and quiet with some adventures in the mix, this cabin is for you, and the host is among. Wildlife right out your front door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stayed here for a couple of days, but we loved it! There was a regular coffee pot in addition to the Keurig. The cabin was clean and it was well stocked with everything from plenty of towels, dish soap, etc., even spices in the cabinet. The bed was comfy, but squeaky if you are a light sleeper. Some of the jets in the hot tub were not working, however, the temperature was perfect. The shower gets really hot and you could easily fall asleep on the couch after a long day, I did.... My husband and I loved the location! You will never have to drive backwards on a curvy, hilly, one lane road because another car is coming, we have had that experience at some other places that we've stayed at. It was very easy to find. Close enough to whatever you're wanting to see or do, but far enough out that you don't feel cramped. I received several emails to download the app for check in, but it wasn't available on the Google Play store. All of the check in information that we needed for our stay was sent in an email. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful. Company could have cleaned it, no water to drink, 4 sm. coffee creamers, 2 coffee pods, no candles. The least they could do is provide some type of service. I do this for a living and WE do not treat our clients this way. We make sure at least 6 bottles of water is provided in case they came late at night. We make sure candles, and coffee is enough for six people. The carpet was dirty in the living area, and the breakfast table.

The cabin is part of a property management group which wanted communications to be done through their app. We refused and communicated through VRBO. The cabin was situated nicely for ease of access and privacy. This cabin had a wonderful partial second level for the master bedroom snd bathroom. At that level were all windows just opposite so we could see the stars at night and the sunrise in the morning. One problem was that they don’t clean the high open areas so the window wall was very hazy/dirty and the ceiling fan had layers of dust/grime. Bad impression for the highlight area of the cabin.

We had a great time visiting. It was perfect and just being away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby areas was great. Didn’t see any bears, maybe next time. We do intend to visit again
