About this property

Charming Sound Side Beach Home

Finished in the fall of 2017, this beach home is a little piece of heaven on earth! Located on a quiet street just steps from the sound and blocks from the Gulf, and tastefully decorated in pastel beach colors, you will find this a haven of serenity for your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa, 8 will sleep very comfortably. With loads of outside decking, you can sun by day and enjoy the sunsets by evening. Newly built on pilings, there's ample parking underneath and there's always a nice breeze and refuge from the sun if you want to grill out and eat downstairs. There is a gas grill provided.
A spacious and fully stocked kitchen (including Keurig coffeemaker) with granite countertops provides plenty of room for cooking and dining with friends and family. The living area features a 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray player and free WIFI. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a full size washer and dryer in a hallway closet and 2 full baths with plenty of towels. Beach towels and chairs are also provided.
The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with decking along the outside. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. There are spacious closets and luggage racks in each room.
We prefer to rent weekly in the summer, but will consider shorter stays. Available SEPTEMBER -FEBRUARY $2400/month.
You must be 25 years old to rent. Our home is located on a quiet street with children living nearby. If you are looking for a place to party loudly, this may not be the place for you.
No smoking, please!!
We offer a 10% military discount with ID.
Pets considered. $75.00 per pet.

Great Location

Lovely home and wonderful location. Steps from sound beaches and just blocks from the gulf!! Short drive ( or walk) to Pensacola Beaches’ fun restaurants and activities. Home was so well stocked - whether you’re staying a week or long term. Everything from comfy pillows to spa quality bath towels! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful spot for a family vacation

We enjoyed this house so much! We had two couple and each brought a kid. The house had a ton of space and could accommodate more! It is in a great location, walking distance to the bay and the beach.

Fun place during Blue Angels Week!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the water. Great location, near the main public beach, restaurants, and shops. Definitely worth a return stay!

The beach house was a good selection for us. We needed a place that accepts pets & children. It was nice to have the option of going either to the gulf or the sound; both are within walking distance of the house. The owner responded promptly to anything we needed. We recommend the owners invest in new mattresses.

Amazing House

This home has everything you need,from shampoo to dishsoap. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. We loved staying here wish we could have stayed longer and it is pet friendly which was great. Christine the owner even took time out of her busy schedule to come to the house and meet us and to check to see if we needed anything and if there was any issues that needed to be addressed. We would for sure stay here again!!!!

We loved this house! Very clean great kitchen, great deck! A little off the traffic area which is what we liked. Walking distance to the water. Would definitely rent it again. Christine was just a phone call away which we liked just in case anything happened at the property. She made sure we had gas for the barbecue because we love to barbecue. The house had everything you need even outside showers to rinse off in.

I am a Pensacola native who grew up going to Pensacola Beach. My parents purchased this property and one of the original concrete block houses in the mid 70's. In 2016, we demolished the old house and in 2017 we finished a brand new house on pilings!

I am retired music teacher who is still active in music through my church, the Pensacola Symphony, the schools and local theater productions. I live in Pensacola proper, but am only about 20 minutes away from our beach home.
