Large patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lounge and chairs for relaxing in the sun or shade. A 65" flat screen TV w/DVD player in living area! Watch your favorite sporting event, movie, or show! Queen Sleeper Sofa and 3 chairs in living area, 1 w/ottoman, 2 recliners that rock and swivel - kick up your heels and relax! Dining area seats six comfortably, nine when including snack bar. Kitchen has new stainless appliances and is fully equipped for cooking/serving/dining. New (quieter) HVAC system in 2018. Master features Comfy King bed w/32" flat screen and DVD, walk-in closet, large double vanity in bath, shower and Jacuzzi tub. New furniture in 2nd bedroom - 50" flat screen w/DVD player, on-suite bath w/tub/shower combo. Utility Room features full size washer and dryer.
