Overall Great Stay
Enjoyed the stay here. The house was spacious and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and it was really nice having the garage for our rental car. The double bunk beds worked great for our two kids and the bathrooms were a great size. I gave 5 stars but would really give it 4.5 due to a couple areas for improvement: 1. Cleanliness. The floors could have been mopped/scrubbed before we got there. Anyone who was barefoot for even a few steps inside would have dirty / dark feet that definitely required a washing before bed. 2. A better equipped kitchen. There were sufficient plates, cutlery, etc, however there weren't any pots other than a wok (ther were plenty of pans, though). We tried to make pasta one night and there wasn't anything other than the wok! We made that work.Other things worth noting but weren't too big a deal was that the loft area does not have it's own door or a closet, so noise travels easily down to the second floor and there isn't anywhere to hang clothes. All in all, would certainly stay here again given the pricepoint and many other positives for the home.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach! The garage parking was a great asset. Host was great with communication, which made our trip even smoother. Minor issues were there were no trash bags, and some of the towels were still damp. Not a big deal though, there was a washer and dryer there. Would stay there again!

Great PB stay
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Mission Bay. A short drive to the ocean and Mission Beach. Nicely appointed home. Great for families. Off street parking in the garage. The gas fireplaces on each level are a nice touch.

Beautiful house, very little attention to detail
So much potential, could be a great place to stay, but certainly hoped for more. The house itself is beautiful, beds clean and comfortable, great location. Cons: grill is out of service, rooftop fireplace is out of service, garage door opener had issues. Rooftop furniture needs cleaning. Very little supplies in bathrooms, no toaster found in the kitchen, wine glasses are super dirty and many are cracked, had to move them to make sure not to grab one by an accident. Really hope the owner can address those issues since it would make for an amazing stay for the guests.

Perfect location
This was the perfect location for our needs. We need it to be within walking distance of crown point park and we definitely were. There was plenty of space. I loved the gas fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom. The rental was clean and quiet. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The check in was easy. We had no issues during our stay. I would definitely rent this place again.

Nice house with enough bedrooms for our family of five. Blocks to the beach, great spot for campfire at night on the bay. Short drive to the zoo and sea world, and good restaurants right at the corner.

Very nice property with great location. All rooms were very nice and comfy beds. We loved the gas fireplace on the rooftop deck at night. We chose due to double garage parking, however unable to fit both due to storage shelving . Also my dad’s short box Tundra was two long to fit.

Such a great place!
Overall our experience was amazing! The owner texted us when the house was open up earlier than check in time which was much appreciated. The house has so much sleeping space and is so cute! The bunk beds could actually even sleep 4 people. My only complaint is that the place was advertised as a two car parking garage but when we got there were boxes and supplies in the way and we couldn’t park both of our small cars in there. There was street parking in front but it was still a bummer. Overall the place was clean, beautiful and lots of space. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome home and fantastic neihborhood
My family with two adult boys/men and my niece, husband and infant had an amazing time in this fantastic property. Julie (owner) was quite responsive to questions. She let us check in early. It is in an amazing location and can walk to the beach front in minutes. Nice bedrooms. The bunk beds are way bigger than the picture (my baby 250 pounds; six ft tall had ample room in the bunk. The roof top was fantastic. Long living room / dining room / kitchen was fantastic and hung out there most of the time. Quiet neighborhood. You can actually park two cars if required. One in the garage and one just outside. There is street parking as well. I would definitely stay at this location again. We had a super time even though the weather was unlike the normal San Diego weather; cold and rain showers everyday:(

Perfect location!
We had such a great stay at Julia’s home! The location was amazing, being only a block from the bay, close to PB restaurants and just across the bay from the airport! The home itself is very well maintained, open floor plans and great decor. We loved enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the roof top patio. Highly recommend.

The house is very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us. Our only complaint is the kitchen needs some attention. There are not enough dishes or eating utensils and overall could be much better stocked considering the size and cost of the house.

Amazing Stay!!!✨
Such a great get away! We had such a relaxing vacation at Julie’s vacation home. It was so luxurious and clean! We went straight up to the rooftop deck and enjoyed some music and appetizers. What a beautiful location! The garage made parking easy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathroom were gorgeous!
