This 5/6 BR lakefront home has room for relaxation . In summer enjoy swimming in the lake right from the property, fish from dock , kayaks,swim vests, and firepit, 10 person picnic table,, toddler picnic table, sandbox. In winter enjoys lakeview ,just 20 miles to ski resorts. Just 15 minutes to kalahari waterpark year round .Fall is beautiful tree foliage.
Holidays are great with a double oven and with 2700 square feet of space, you won't feel crowded. Don't forget the jacuzzi, pool table and 3 living rooms to spread out. Keep kids in one living room to play or watch dvds while you spread out in the other rooms. Puzzles and board games also. Fully stocked kitchen with most small appliances. Some spices, alum foil ziploc bags all provided. Two fridges for plenty of room for food and drink. Strong WIFI for everyone to enjoy their devices. Price includes cleaning fees. we have central air conditioning. There are daily fees to use community pool in the summer.Tennis basketball are free

Love it!

I'm about to book our 4th stay here and I realized I never wrote a review for our lovely host, Renee. Book this place, don't hesitate. I've shopped around a lot and stayed in various properties in the Poconos. Now we just pick a date and return here. The house is huge, the property is nice, including the sandy waterfront and dock. The kitchen is well stocked with measuring cups, cutting boards, pots & pans and it's a little snug but otherwise great for cooking for 10 guests with the double oven. Renee is constantly updating the house and amenities - last year it was a new Weber grill and a refelted pool table. The house is always clean when we arrive. Jeez - even the neighbors on either side are nice. Can't wait to head back in the spring!

Winter weekend family getaway

Fabulous Stay!

Very well kept home. This home has everything that kids love. So many rooms to explore, play games, relax, enjoy TV and read a book to relax. The kitchen had everything you need to cook family meals, snacks and desserts. Ample room in the two refrigerators and freezers to bring in supplies for multiple families. The 3.5 bathrooms were great to have with 7 adults and 7 girls under 12 yrs. We enjoyed the pool table and beerless

Nice house, beautiful lake

Nice spacious house, adding a shower to make four full bathrooms would have been ideal. Some patio furniture weathered, not in greatest shape. Lots of rooms in the house, nooks, and cranny‘s to find a quiet space. Lake absolutely beautiful yard nice. added sandbox for kids was wonderful. Overall we loved it and the price was reasonable. Lots to do in the area also.

A larger, clean, well stocked house on a beautiful lake full of nature. A wonderful owner as well

A perfect summer lake house. Big house, with plenty of room and we were four kids and four adults. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans plates and seasonings. Nice outdoor grill. Good deck space. Fun beachy area and outdoor firepit. Kayaks, floats and life vests of all sizes. Plenty of wildlife. A great property on a fantastic lake!

Great Family Place to Stay

We ranged from ages 8-63 and everyone enjoyed there time during our stay. The kids loved the kayaks, swimming, fishing and campfires. We loved watching the deer roam around. It was relaxing and peaceful while we were there.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This property lived up to our every hope. Being right on the lake was the best - everyone loved kayaking, swimming and fishing right from our back door. The house itself was roomy enough for all of us, and even the kitchen (which initially seemed a bit small) had ample room for all our cooking needs. Loved the pool table, and all the wildlife too. Hoping to make it back again next year.

A lovely week

We had a great week enjoying the lake here. Renee was very responsive to all of our questions, and the house worked great for our group of 10 adults and 2 toddlers. The only minor issue we had was that the main sliding glass door we went in and out of to the back yard was very difficult to open and close as it didn’t slide smoothly along the track. Besides that, the house fit our needs wonderfully and we would definitely consider coming back.

A nice weekend vacation with friends

We had an awesome relaxing weekend with friends. The property location was beautiful! To bad we were here in the winter. It would be so nice in the summer by the lake. As it was it was a pretty view and the neighbors were quite. There is lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which made it nice for our party with 3 couples and 5 children. The host did a very good job communicating. We would definitely consider coming here again.

Great Family Home

Not surprising, it was very cold, but the kids had a great time together at the house. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and beds for the 7 adults and 5 kids and the price was reasonable! No one made it outside at the ski resort very long because of the cold so we're were lucky to get to spend time with each other in this very accomodating warm house. The owner is very attentative and helpful prior to check in and during the stay. I highly recommend staying here. We are very interested in what is like in the water months with the house being right on the lake!

Booked this property for husband birthday with family&friend. Plenty of room and beds. Beautiful yard and even with snow kids had a blast. We had dear fox&raccoon visit. Renee was very responsive. Before we left we even booked for a summer week

We had a lot of fun here at the property. Location was very close to so many thing like food, shopping, gas etc. fire pit was delightful pictures of a fireplace inside are just heaters. View of the lake from the dining room was beautiful

Amazing home with exactly what we we're looking for..

Tons of room with a fun layout. We were 7 adults with 5 kids ranging from 1-15 years old. This place had everything we needed for a few days away with the family. You can swim or wade off the dock, the 3 kayaks and row boat were perfect for the number of people. There is plenty of space for those who need alone time, with great shared space for those who prefer a group. We had a memorable times around the bonfire each night and heated games around the dining room table.

Great Family Getaway

The location and proximity to the private water front was spectacular. Waking up with grandkids and having the ability to walk out your door and fish or swim every morning is unbelievable. The inside amenities could not have fit our 4 families needs any better. Watching the wildlife (deer) everyday was an added bonus.

Amazing week at the lake!

We rented this home to take our very large family away for a week. From asking questions prior to booking till the end of our stay, the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is very large, well taken care of, and clean. The owner provides a fully equipped kitchen, there was starter paper products so you don't need to run immediately out for supplies. The mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 14 ranging from 4-72. None of us felt like we were on top of each other. The pool table was a huge success, the board games and cards were helpful during rain. There is even multiple book shelves to curl up and relax with a good read. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Outside was also impressive. The lake is literally the back yard area, Complete with sand for the toys, a row boat and kayaks. Whether our family wanted to fish, swim, play in the sand or take a ride on the boats we were constantly entertained. The pfds that were provided were an extra bonus. The neighbor was so sweet and the kids enjoyed meeting Sophie, the local cat. The property is located near grocery, gas, Walmart ( worms for fishing) and a ton of great places to grab a bite. Although we felt secluded, there was hardly anyone on the lake, we were very centrally located! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this rental. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and providing a place for many memories. We cannot wait to come back next year.

We liked this house because we use the den and the sunroom can also be used since it has a door to close for privacy. This is a lake you can swim in right from the dock.
