It was OK, but I wouldn't choose again
We were told Friday before our arrival we could check in early on Saturday. Once in the unit we noticed the fridge wasn't working. I called first thing Sunday am to advise. I waited a day b/c I knew they would say it was from cleaning even though we were told cleaning was completed a day in advance. I was told they would have someone come look at it on Monday(which I had to remind them it was Memorial Day and were they sure about that). Instead the owners showed up to make sure we knew what a cold fridge should feel like and to discuss how new the non working fridge was. They wanted to look through receipts to make sure when it was purchased before doing anything. In the mean time I have sandwich meats, a gallon of milk, eggs, etc going bad waiting for them to decide if they want to repair or replace. We finally got a call Monday they would replace it and new one would be delivered Tues. Call Tues said it would be Wed between 12-4. No offer for someone from management Co to be there for delivery. We were expected to take time out of our beach time to be available. They finally showed up at 5:30 b/c that how deliveries go. When I asked about a refund for our troubles and lost food they offered us $100.
Neither bathroom doors locked.
The spread on the master bed had some worn through spots.
The sofa and loveseat seemed pretty worn.
The complex itself was nice. I would stay there again, just a different unit. One thing to note, there is NO seating (chairs/loungers) or tables around the pool. You either use your beach chair or sit on the pool deck.
