O clube é maravilhoso, piscinas enormes, a aquecida é o diferencial! O lugar é muito bonito, só o apartamento está bem descuidado, precisando de reforma, coisa básica como box do banheiro q não tem uma parte, encanamentos das pias com vazamento, sofá bem desgastado saindo o enchimento, tomada do ar condicionado com exposição dos fios e perigo iminente de choque elétrico, falta também trocar os eletrodomésticos, afinal o valor cobrado não é nada barato e o mínimo é ter um lugar bem cuidada para os clientes. Do mais, o lugar é excelente, uma delícia! Vale a pena! Voltaria, mas para um flat melhor!

Apesar do anúncio dizer que tinha wi-fi, este era apenas na área da piscina, na casa não havia sinal. Problemas com a limpeza, geladeira caindo aos pedaços, barata na cama, porta se desfazendo, descarga sem acabamento e sofá mofado que não dava pra sentar. Muitos problemas de manutenção e limpeza. O condomínio era excelente, muito bem localizado, mas a casa deixou muito a desejar.

Aluguei um Flat para passar 02 dias em Maresias, chegando no local a casa está “ suja” com a descarga disparando. O imóvel tem um cheiro horrível de mofo. Infelizmente foi humanamente impossível ficar no imóvel. Até agora com obtive retorno da proprietária.

Ótima localização / Utensílios a desejar
Ótima localização, limpeza ruim, pouquíssimos utensílios domésticos e velhos, tem apenas 3 cadeiras a mesa e aluga para até 6 pessoas, a manutenção do imóvel mal feita, pia cozinha entupida, descarga desregulada, torneira cozinha quebrada. Achei injusto pagar $150 Tc limpeza e peguei o chalé limpeza ruim, e paguei $300 Tc de manutenção e tive que lidar com vários problemas do chalé.

O imóvel não estava descrito conforme anuncio
O imóvel não estava descrito conforme anuncio, iria ficar 5 dias mas não consegui devido as condições precárias do imóvel. Banheiro com vidro box quebrado, geladeira com vazamento de água por baixo, não tem internet conforme diz no anuncio. Sai do imóvel e fui para outro local devido por não ter condições de ficar no imóvel. A proprietária ate então solicita não me deu se quer uma satisfação, ligue e mandei msg com fotos mas nenhum satisfação. Uma pena pois e condomínio excelente mas o apto não esta a altura do mesmo.

Alugamos sempre com o proprietário há mais de 1 ano e nesse feriado, fechamos dois flats e a estadia foi ótima. O condomínio é lindo e seguro, perto da praia e as casas estavam limpas e arrumadas. O proprietário se dispos a resolver qualquer problema que tivessemos prontamente, em todas as vezes que estive lá. Com certeza já é uma casa para passar a temporada.
