It features a private south-facing splash pool with conservation and water views (no rear neighbours), a large balcony, 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a spacious, open-plan layout.
This two-storey mid-terrace townhome has a beautiful open-plan living area with a stylish sofa, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and sliding doors out to the pool terrace.
The ultra-modern open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
The beautiful dining area seats 6 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
Also on the ground level, you will find an attractive queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet.
All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. On the upper level you will find the spacious master suite with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and a lovely private balcony with views over the conservation area. The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, a shower and toilet.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet.
After a long day at the attractions, you will love heading home to enjoy your own private splash pool! The screened-in pool deck has conservation views and no rear neighbours. It is equipped with a stylish table and chairs set for outdoor dining plus two sun loungers.
The splash pool has a seating bench and can be heated (optional extra). A pool security fence is also provided for families with small children.
On the upper level you will find a laundry closet with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment.
This property has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a high chair and travel cot (pack and play). There is an assigned parking space in front of the property, additional cars can park in any unnumbered space. There is also a clubhouse with community pool, sun loungers, jacuzzi, gym and games room. This beautiful home really does have everything you need for an incredible Orlando vacation!
Serenity is located just off the US Hwy 27 and next to US Hwy 192. Conveniently located 9 miles to Disney, golf, shopping and restaurants, there is also a 24-hour Wal Mart supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 30 miles.
LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Community facilities are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures at any time are beyond our control.
IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:
THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE AND 1 BABY. IF THIS RULE CANNOT BE FOLLOWED, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THE PROPERTY. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN, THE GUESTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED AND WILL FORFEIT THE FULL PAYMENT AND THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS $35 PER DAY plus taxes. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. If pool heat is required please book it before you arrive. If you request pool heat after your arrival, please note it takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $20 call out fee to come to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.
Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.
All electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.
Guests who have booked pool heat will still be charged until they request it to be switched off, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.
We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
