The kitchen, dining room, and living room have large windows and sliding doors, letting in tons of light and giving unobstructed views of the pool/spa.
The kitchen features Samsung appliances, all your cooking and dining essentials, and quartz-covered counter tops…with sliding doors leading to the outdoor cooking area (5-burner gas grill and bar/counter). Back inside, there’s a built-in “Mad Men”-esque bar with supplies to help bring out your inner mixologist.
In the living room, you’ll be entertained with the 55” LED HD Flat-Screen Smart TV. If you’re in the mood, enjoy the fireplace which boasts an exquisite floor-to-ceiling decorative mantle. And what vacation home is complete without and board games. All the bedrooms have 40” LED HD Flat-Screen Smart TV’s and a special vibe with modern art specific to each room.
The sprawling backyard area has an enormous sparkling pool with a true “deep end” just waiting for you to take a dip, and an elevated 6-8 person spa with waterfall. While you’re outside, be sure to enjoy the 360-degree mountain views! And ample outdoor furnishings. - Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
