Não tem quiosque, durante a semana não tem barracas para comprar porções ou até mesmo alugar cadeiras e guarda sol, também não tem restaurante e mercado próximo, precisa sair de carro.

Ótimo imóvel , recomendo.

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, além de organizado , arejado e limpeza impecável. A anfitriã foi muito simpática, educada e acompanhou todo processo tirando todas as dúvidas. Os funcionários do condomínio também foram muito educados . Vamos voltar sempre que possível .

Fim de semana maravilhoso com minha família, Apto limpíssimo com todos os utensílios que precisamos para o dia a dia, uma vista fantástica de todo as comandos para o mar. A proprietária Rosana sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa desde o primeiro contato, até tentou nos esperar para nos receber pessoalmente, mais infelizmente pegamos um congestionamento e chegamos muito tarde. Excelente apartamento

Passamos 4 dias no apartamento, simplesmente sem comentários, apartamento maravilhoso todo mobiliado, muito espaçoso, tudo muito limpo/organizado, otima localização.Dona muito prestativa/atenciosa. Em questao ao site tb, nao tenho que reclamar, tivemos q mudar a data de ir devido a pandemia, e foi tudo resolvido sem problemas na mudança de data e tb da aceitacao da dona que entendeu. Super recomendo, e com certeza vamos voltar.

Beautiful beach view and access

Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. 3 bedroom was nice to accommodate the whole family. Access to condominium pool is prohibited.

Vista incrível e cantinho aconchegante!

Passamos o carnaval neste lindo apartamento que é exatamente como está nas fotos, além de aconchegante é completinho e tem uma varanda incrível! Recebemos o imóvel em ótimas condições e limpinho! A localização é boa, fica na parte mais tranquila da Praia Grande (isso é ótimo) de frente para a praia Maracanã. Os proprietários são atenciosos, esclareceram todas as dúvidas e nos ajudaram com tudo o que precisamos, só temos a agradecer os dias maravilhosos que passamos lá! Já não vemos a hora de poder voltar! Valeu muito a pena!

Ótimo apartamento, espaçoso, bem equipado.

O imóvel é muito bom, bem equipado, espaçoso, também é confortável e sempre o encontramos limpo e cheiroso. Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo lá e todas as vezes a estadia foi excelente. A proprietária é muito simpática e atenciosa, pronta a tirar qualquer dúvida. Recomendo muito.
