This beautiful condo (1411 sq. feet) is just minutes away from Marco Island and it's stunning beaches. This condo is close to the well-known downtown Naples where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants.
This 2nd floor condo overlooks golf course and is located in a quite neighborhood with a pool and an assigned parking space. The condo is great for couples or families with children over the age of 5.
The condo sleeps six, with one king sized bed and 2 queen sized beds, and 2 bathrooms. Natural light brightens both bedrooms that offer ample closet and drawer space. Enjoy all the comforts of home, air conditioning, internet, cable, 3 TVs, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.

The Association requires that anyone over the age 18 completes their background check (cost $50 per person).

A beautiful property

The location and amenities of this condo were excellent. Based on other condos we have stayed in over the years, this was by far the absolute best. Dagmar and her staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They were always attentive to our suggestions and requests. We highly recommend it and will be returning.

Nice property

Property is well located and close to Marco Island. Neighbors are friendly and owner was always available. Only drawback is the tedious process to get HOA approval.

Nice condo to enjoy SW Florida

Property was very clean and nice, just as it was listed. Everything was in good working order. Enjoyed the patio area the most with a view of the 4th fairway of the nearby country club.

Winter getaway

Property was as described. Clean with plenty of room for a family. Neighbors were very friendly. We didn’t use pool but it looked nice and never had a crowd. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai reading and having a cocktail before dinner. I would recommend this property for a relaxing time away from home.

Ideal location, very friendly community

Being close to Marco Island and in general out of traffic associated with Naples and Fort Myers is ideal. The complex is full of friendly people and very quiet. The setting on the lanai is very peaceful with a nice view of the golf course. The condo is somewhat dated but everything is functional. The size of the condo is just right and the layout of the living area and bedroooms also very good. I would recommend the owner upgrade the cable tv to what I would call normal as it is below basic at present. Also replacing the analog thermostat with a digital thermostat would be helpful. Some repainting here and there is necessary. They are a bit to heavy with the artificial greenery along the upper shelves. These are somewhat minor points. Note that the owner is very attentive to making sure any needs are taken care of. All in all a nice place to stay with excellent location and setting. We will be back next year. Thanks to Karl and Dagmar for hosting us and thanks to Marion for her help.

Great location in a very friendly community.

Nice, clean condo. A few updates to the bathrooms would be nice, and a light over the kitchen sink. Only one TV located in the living room.(previous rentals had TVs in the bedrooms). Only minimal channels available, very basic cable.
