The owners really cared about the comfort of our stay. 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with king bed and attached bath. 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 single beds. Tiled flooring throughout the home. Many things provided in the kitchen to include a coffee bar. Water in fridge - nice touch. Beach towels provided. Spectrum cable and wifi with roku. TV in living room and master ter bedroom. Large glass sliding door to fellt back deck and fenced yRd. Ute front deck. They also provided 2 umbrellas!

Well stocked house
Well stocked clean house. New propane BBQ. The teen loved the XBox, the toddler enjoyed the baby toys, the adults appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was comfortable and relaxing. The location was 9 minutes to Tarpon Springs which is so handy. There are alot of activities in the area. A grocery store is just down the street. Very easy commute back to Tampa for day trips or to get to the Airport. Very responsive and kind hosts.

Great place, great price
For a stay for a family of six adults just a short drive from the beach at a great deal, this place is as good as it gets. Clean, spacious, and great for our family and dog to relax. The queen bed is squeaky and the guest shower doesn’t have an even spray, but overall we really enjoyed it. Very close to good beaches and we loved Tarpon Springs!!

Beautiful Area
We had no problems with our stay and the hosts were very helpful and checked in often. The fence was not all the way to the ground so a small dog could easily escape but we weren’t here for very long and the neighbors also had fenced backyards so that wasn’t a big problem. Weeki Watchee was a wonderful waterpark close by and we also saw the manatees year round at Homosassa State Park. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly!

Palm Harbor Awesome Week
We had a great week! The house is nice and Frances has just about everything that you need. A brand-new grill on back porch, coffee, detergent pods, lotion, shampoo, etc. So, if you forget something, odds are she has it there. If not, there is a Wal Mart and several grocery stores very close to the house. The only issue we had was the fence in the back yard does have a space at the bottom. We had to bring our small Maltese at the last minute. She is small and would be able to get under the fence, so we just walked her on her leash. It was not a big deal. There are several beaches very close by. We went to Sunset first. It is free to get in. Not crowded, but a little small. Water very calm, like being on the lake. The next one was Honeymoon State Park. There is an $8 entry fee but well worth it! Absolutely beautiful beach. Definitely recommend, we went there everyday after we discovered it. It is very close to the house, 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. It has a pet beach right as you enter the park which is very nice. The last part of the pet beach before the South Pavillion is very rocky. The rest of the beach is beautiful, white sand that goes down about 4 miles. Plenty of beach. It was a wonderful week and we will definitely be back!

Palm Harbor Getaway
Our stay was nice. The one large disappointment is the listing lists spa/hot tub which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately there is none.😩 The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the other beds definitely need updating. Furniture is clean but older. Listed starter laundry soap, there was none. The beach umbrella had no bottom piece, so was not usable.

We had a great time, everything went smoothly. Super nice neighborhood. Francis and Jerry could not have been more accommodating hosts. Lots to do in the area. Close to beaches and parks with walking trails. Lots of live music at local spots. Great break from a Minnesota winter!

A superb holiday in a magnificent location
We really appreciated the warm welcome we received from the owners, who were very concerned about our well-being. When my husband retired we wanted to move from Michigan to live in a warm climate. My husbands parents lived in Clearwater. On our many visits we found this lovey home and bought it. Later we purchased another home in Tarpon Springs and we love both homes. We are sure you will enjoy this home as well.
