#3544 - Waterfront home with patio, AC and fireplace - 1 month minimum

BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival.

MID TERM (31 NIGHTS MIN)
This 3 bedroom/2.5bath fully furnished wonderful waterfront beach retreat with its spectacular views will never want to make you leave the beach. Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for up to 5 people (3 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors. Please note that this property requires a 31 nights min.

1st LEVEL
On the main floor, you will find a beautiful open floor-plan featuring the living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious patio facing the water. You have wonderful bay views from each area of this floor. The ground level also offers a nice laundry room and a half bathroom, as well as the attached garage. You will love to cook in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It's stocked with everything you might possibly need.

2nd LEVEL
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and each has a balcony attached. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV, comfortable seating and an en suite bathroom with a big tub/shower. The balcony is furnished and offers absolutely breathtaking bay views and beyond.

Enjoy the luxury of TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, free WiFi, central heating, AC, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron & ironing board.
Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

PARKING
The garage fits two small cars or one small SUV. It is 8' wide, 8' tall and 32' long.

LOCATION
The 1,500 sq-ft house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE
Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 5 people (3 adults max)
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old, 3 adults max.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Price listed is for 4 people. Any additional person = $500 per month.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $2,000+ refundable damage deposit - depending on length of stay.

Great Mission Baycation
We had a great time. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The distance to the bay can’t be beat. Our family had a great time playing in the sand, barbecuing in the yard and admiring the beautiful views. Our daughter really loved the SeaWorld fireworks on the weekend evenings. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Spring Break
The condo was nicely appointed, clean, and very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was fully furnished although a few kitchen items needed replenishing. The property was centrally located to all that Mission Beach has to offer but quiet and peaceful. We walked both the bay walk and on the ocean side and enjoyed watching the rowing club practices across the bay. We had a car (not that big) that barely fit in the garage so we parked in the public parking on El Carmel instead. However, we walked to restaurants and the grocery store and reserved the car for sightseeing.

A perfect fit
We stayed at this amazing condo for a week with our two kids, ages 5 and 2. It was so wonderful to be right on the beach and to also have a little yard to let the kids play in. The property is centrally located with lots of fun things to do with kids within walking distance. The garage is small, but you can park a full size SUV in it if you are willing to crawl out the back :-)

We loved staying here! Our kids played across the road at the beach from sunup to sundown and we were able to watch from the house and front garden. The bay side where this house sits is significantly more friendly to small children than the ocean side as a result they were able to wander between the house and beach on their own, grabbing snacks and using the bathroom. We had large swaths of the beach to ourselves most of the time. There’s a sweet little coffee shop to walk to nearby and beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. Garage was a bit tight for our SUV but we managed. Overall, had a wonderful time here and would definitely return.

Wonderful stay! Very clean property in a great location. Right on the beach which was nice and quiet and the water was calm enough for our boys to safely swim. Justa few quick blocks from Mission Beach. Also very conveniently located to Sea World and other attractions. Will definitely keep this property in mind when we're back in San Diego.

Great property.
Loved this place. Great location - right on the Bay and Baywalk and yet only 2 blocks from the ocean beach. This place was really well stocked and had great views of the Bay. Parking is tough in Mission Bay so the garage is great but believe the description when it says it is for smaller vehicles (it is narrow). The unit was clean and the photos were up to date - so no surprises. I hope to stay there again.

The house is really lovely. It is at a quiet place on the bay.
House is lovely. Kitchen is better stocked than most our home kitchens. Linens were nice and there was plenty of warm water. It is easy to get around the area once you find your way. The garage is SMALL and takes some time to learn to get a mid size car in. Lovey view day and night.

Splendid condo on the beach!
This property is really nice in the furnishings & decor making it feel like home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the dishes are nice. The only downside are the beds are not comfortable, especially in the two smaller bedrooms. The location being so close to the beach on the bay - literally just outside the door - & to the Pacific Beach, a two minute walk, is such a benefit. The outdoor patio furniture is nice & it is pleasant to sit there. Do be aware tho, that there is a lot of foot traffic on the path that runs along the property. The balcony on the master bedroom is fantastic! BUT the other two balconies are misrepresented in the photos. Both are on a busy, dirty, alleyway & the one is very tiny. It is easy to walk to a bakery - Olive Baking is good - & stores & restaurants. We appreciated that this unit has a garage & we didn't have to find a parking space. A big plus. Lastly, Nicole is a dream to work with.

Midwesterners loving the beach
We had an amazing time staying at this location. Everything that we could possibly need was there for us. We also were in walking distance of sailboat and jetski rentals. The bay was out our back door and the beach was a one minute walk across the street. The beds were all very comfortable which is huge for me since I have a really bad back. I'd stay again!

We had an excellent stay at Mission Bay! Our hosts were very well organized and responsive to our needs. The place is exactly as advertised, very roomy and up to date throughout in the kitchen and other rooms. 2 mins from Beach and right on the bay. One knit comment would be water pressure of toilets (very week). Overall would def stay again!

A comfortable and beautiful getaway
The location gave us views of the bay from the master bedroom and the kitchen and living room. We walked out our door to the beach and water. It was perfect. The home was clean and beautifully and comfortably decorated. Nicole, the property manager was easy to reach and always responded quickly to our requests. Just a great property!

Great Rental!
My family loved staying here. The bayside was quiet and relaxing yet easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. The zoo, sea world, old town, and the USS military museum were all about a 15 minute drive away. The house was clean and as described. The garage is very narrow as described in the listing, but there is a free parking lot within a couple minute walk that allows overnight parking. Would love to stay again!

Our family wanted to stay in a place with access to lots of different activities - San Diego Zoo, Sea World, beach, Torrey Pines etc. This one was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week. We especially liked being able to walk out the front gate and onto the board walk around the bay. We had three adults so the size unit was great.

Very pleased with our week here. Great Location. The home was clean and very nicely set up. Mission Bay is outside your front door. Pacific Ocean is a two minute walk. Great neighborhood for recreation. Great for walks, sunsets, biking, beaching. You can walk to cafes, bakeries, Very nice small taco shops. A Great location from which to explore San Diego. Not far from anything. Rent it. You will not be disappointed.
