Cute pool home perfect for two families. The 4-bedroom, three-bathroom home features two queen masters with en-suites and two children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds sharing the hallway bathroom—upgraded carpet in all bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home.

Open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Beautiful french doors lead you to the dining room that comfortably seats ten plus additional seating at the breakfast table and kitchen counter.

Located through Master #2 is the garage game room. It has Stiga Ping Pong & 3-1 table (pool, air hockey & ping pong top) and cubbies with toys & games. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, a pack n' play, and a booster chair available for your infant and toddler. Full-size washer and dryer for guests' use.
The family room has a 51' TV with a DVD player and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Couch with queen sleeper sofa, Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning

Relax in our sparkling pool and in-ground Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Also, there is a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set & additional chairs.

This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 2 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102.

Excellent Location

House was clean & tidy, with all promised amenities. Instructions were thorough and stay was very smooth the whole time. Kids appreciated being literal minutes away from Disneyland; parents appreciated the hot tub.

Grandma Grandpa Mom Dad Teen 3 children and a 9 month old. Having two masters with bathrooms was perfect. The 9 of us were very comfortable. The children loved the pool. To and from Disney a breeze. Great place:)

Amazing family stay

Such a great spacious home on a quiet road. Comfortable beds, even the bunk beds had great mattresses and were doubles. The pool area was an oasis in the backyard. Lots of room for everyone to have downtime or play as a group. I would highly recommend and definitely return

Disney Vacation Home

The house was very nice, it was cozy and clean. Everything we needed to use was available in the kitchen and the hot tub was hot and the pool was warm! The washer was leaking on the garage floor a bit but we contacted the manager and he had someone out the next day. My only complaint is that the washer didn’t wash clothes well and everything comes out smelling like chlorine. If that bothers you just don’t plan on washing any clothing there. Other than that, the stay was nice! We enjoyed our time and appreciated the cool temperature of the home and comfortable beds. I accidentally had some packages delivered to that house (we ordered a rain poncho to the home while we were there) and I’ve been in contact with the property manager to get that taken care of so hopefully they work with me on getting those packages into the hands of my friends collecting them. 😊

Close to Disney/great pool

The heated pool and spa are amazing! It was great to come back and swim after a long day at Disneyland. The remodeled kitchen has everything you need. The game room in the garage also has a ton of fun things. The bunk beds were great for the kids, and there were TV's in every room. The house is run by a property management company so there was a lot of paperwork and rules. (However, LaDonna was very responsive to questions). I found the amount of paperwork and emails prior to the trip to be overwhelming. Also, the house loses the "cozy and inviting feel" due to rules posted all over the home. The rules were accompanied by warnings of additional fees if you break a rule. "If we have to call a plumber, we will charge you $150" "If you lose a remote, we will charge you $100". All of the posted rules and warnings we found off-putting. We received a text with a link to all the information regarding the house and it was difficult to navigate. I would suggest a simple binder on the table that goes over all of the pertinent home info (i.e.: how to turn on the spa etc.) Also, there is an alarm for the sliding glass door leading to the backyard. Every time you open that door you must press a bypass button or a loud alarm will sound. I can see this being a great safety tool when renting the house to young children because of the pool, but I wish there was a way to turn it off. It was quite annoying pressing a button to get in and out of the backyard.

Lovely Anaheim Home Close to Disney

This was the perfect getaway for a family/friends trip! We were able to check in early, communication on the property was great! They even offered us to order any foods/additional needs and have it stocked and delivered before our arrival! I missed the 24 hr window to do this so we ended up using Instacart but prices were in line with Instacart or other delivery services. Neighborhood is super cute…there was even a street vendor that came by and we got fruita, elotes and raspados! A perfect treat coming back from Disneyland to enjoy the pool! We definitely will book again!

Disney Vacation!

Overall a wonderful trip! Carolyn was really responsive and kind throughout the whole process. A couple of feedback items, the glass shower doors did make it a little hard to bathe our toddlers in the only bathtub in the house - a curtain would be safer, cleaner and easier. :) We just had one other snafu which we took care of ourselves (purchased some screwdrivers down the road that we left in the closet in case anyone else needs), but the doors on the bedrooms will lock from the inside. If the lock gets turned and then the door gets shut, you are locked out of the bedroom. Could be helpful to switch out an update those bedroom door knobs so it’s easier to open if you need to. :) the kitchen was well stocked - great, sharp knives for cooking. We were really happy that there was a child lock alarm on the door to the pool. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A Perfect Place to Stay

This house was perfect for our family of ten! It was very clean and was in a perfect place for everything our family wanted to do! After very long days in the parks, it was so nice for the kids to release their energy in the pool while we relaxed and enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this to everyone! Terrific accommodation near Disneyland

Our family made the trip so that I could take my grandchildren to Disneyland. They thoroughly enjoyed Disneyland but I think they enjoyed the backyard pool almost as much. The accommodation is perfect for a family and I highly recommend it.

great house for the family and friends

The house was super clean and great safe location close to Disneyland. $5 Uber rides to the park. Easy communication with property management. The only thing I would say that is a problem are the mattresses. They are old sagging and desperately need to b replaced. Other than that, great place !

Perfect Choice for larger families for Disney!

We had a perfect stay here for 3 days at Disney. Family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. When we started comparing the number of hotel rooms needed and cost, it made much more sense to get a whole house for our family. The location was super easy to access the ART bus to get to and from the parks and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants more space to spread out versus a traditional hotel room. Management was always accessible and checked in on our needs throughout the whole process. Very professional!

Great house for small family and friends

Check-in instructions and information on the house were thorough - absolutely everything you need to know about getting in, door codes, contact info, how to use/access certain amenities in the house such as the pool/hot tub. Although the number of emails leading up to our arrival was somewhat overwhelming. It was my own fault for not requesting early check-in 2 days in advance as the instructions stated, but I did text day-of with no response. It was fine, but a courtesy response would have been appreciated. We were in town for a wedding and had 6 adults stay in the house. It was the perfect size for two couples + two individuals. Being in the vicinity of Disneyland and other great family attractions, I would definitely rebook this for a family vacation as well, as there are two masters with bathrooms, as well as two bedroom's with full size bunk beds, and an additional shared bathroom. The house is a great size and nicely updated. It was clean when we arrived, kitchen fully stocked, and everything was easy to find. Check out instructions were easy. I do want to note- there are a lot of rules and fees if you violate them, and they're posted all over as a reminder. This was *not* an issue for us, as they were simple to follow - I just wanted to put it out there because we weren't expecting that. Most of them are due to city code, so I understand it's to inform renters as well as protect the owners from accruing city violations (ie: noise). Overall, we would recommend.

50th Wedding Anniversary

This house was amazing! Had mostly everything we needed. Usually houses have spices, but that was minor. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after the long flight and celebration. Our damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner, which is a plus! We travel to California often to see family. I’d definitely rent this house again!

Great location, well appointed!

We came to Anaheim to visit Disney and attend a convention, and this home could not have been in a better location. The Uber rates very super cheap to the park, and convention center and rides were always available. The home was very well appointed with toiletries, linens, kitchenware and glassware, the beds were comfortable and the pool/spa were excellent! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Anaheim.

Perfect for a Disneyland vacation.

Great location for walking (20 minutes) or taking Ubers ($6.00) to and from Disneyland. It was nice to come back to the house during the afternoon to hit the pool and relax before heading back to Disneyland in the evening. We had 7 people staying at the house. Ages 8 to 68. Everyone enjoyed the house.

Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was convenient to Disneyland/DCA (we could even see the fireworks from the front yard). The property was great. We enjoyed the nice space for each family member, the pool and hot tub, the dining room for family meals, and more. It was also an added bonus to have a stroller to borrow for the parks! Bottom line, we would love to return for another stay here and will recommend this house to our friends and family.
