This recently designer-renovated, spacious 3,600 sq. foot home has 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths. The interior includes a chef’s eat-in kitchen, two desks and multiple other WFH areas with fast wifi, a game room, and gym with Sonos speakers throughout. Outdoors, enjoy a peaceful half acre that includes a heated pool, hammock, gardens, outdoor kitchen and dining, and a cozy firepit.

The location is perfect—in between East Hampton and Amagansett—with plenty of ocean and bay beaches nearby.

The home features a chef's kitchen, breakfast nook, large dining and living with fireplace, two desks and plug-in monitors, a game room with billiards, darts, and a poker table. Living areas include 65" 4k flat screens and Sonos speakers throughout the home--easily controllable by iPhone and Android. The 6 bedrooms feature 2 kings, 4 queens and 1 double bed.

The property features a heated pool with loungers and daybeds, a hammock, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and an industrial-sized grill with kitchenette and outdoor dining.

Amazing house and property to spend time with family!

East Hampton family gathering

This home is perfect for a large family group, with 6 bedrooms (one a "bunk room" that could sleep 5-6), separate indoor spaces for teens and adults, and really amazing outdoor spaces, there is room for all, and something for everyone to enjoy.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our large group to spread out, especially with the spacious outdoor areas. The heated pool was amazing! And the beach chairs/umbrellas/cooler came in handy for our beach day. Also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was very convenient and communication felt effortless leading up to and during our stay, with quick and clear responses to any questions. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful Property!

The house was bigger than I had expected! It slept 15 of us comfortably. It is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood and was a 5 minute drive to the downtown area. We stayed in the off season but would love to come back in the summer to be able to use the pool area! Highly recommend

Amazing Bachelorette/Birthday Weekend

We had the most amazing stay! We were 11 women and fit very comfortably in the rooms, kitchen table and outdoor dining table without issues. The outdoor space is beautiful with a pergola decorated with vines, a firepit perfect for smores, outdoor pool and putting green. The actual house was so clean, more beautiful than in pictures and the perfect set up for our big group. We even used the gym downstairs. The house is also centrally located from the town. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

The perfect girls weekend

The house was perfect for a group of girlfriends reconnecting. The kitchen had the perfect set up and was equipped with everything we needed. The backyard is stunning! Comfortable spacious rooms. The best wekeend!

Awesome Hamptons Getaway

Beautiful home with fantastic yard, our group of friends were very comfortable and had a great stay. The heated pool, putting green, gas grill, and firepit were the highlights. Best of both worlds

We celebrated my husbands 50th with a long weekend in Hamptons. During my rental search, I was deciding between a true beach home and a home like this one…. Close to the water but had all the amenities if we didn’t want to leave the house! Thankful for choosing East Hampton getaway, as it was the best of both worlds, extremely comfortable home and close to beach, shopping, groceries We enjoyed every aspect of the home…. Pool, putting green, fire pit every night, pool table, gym, amazing kitchen nook, outdoor dining space, the grill, speakers, etc! Neighbors were close by but there is enough foliage between the homes to feel completely private. We had brought food to be able to dine in, as there were 10 of us, plenty of plates and large serving platters. We did need to run out for good salt, aluminum, dishwasher pods, paper towels & ziplocs. They have filtered water so we were comfortable to drink from the faucet instead of bringing water bottles. Thankful for all the memories we were able to make here!

Beautiful Home....

We LOVED this house. The layout was amazing. With so many great spots to sit and relax, you could choose to read a book on your own or hang out with everyone. We will definitely rent this home again!

Great entertaining space

The house is great with the upstairs living room area being a great congregation spot for multiple guests. The circular dining table in the kitchen fit 10 people well. Property owners were communicative and responsive.

Everything about this beautiful property and its owners is exceptional. Located just a short drive to the village, this vacation home is visually stunning, bright, spacious, and has everything, inside and out, that you might possibly want or need, including a completely fenced-in yard for furry companions. Outside is a private and beautiful little sanctuary that is absolutely perfect for families. Property owners are five-star -- thoughtful, tasteful, and very responsive. We spent a relaxing week in this house trying to imagine that it must be even more beautiful in the summer when the trees are green and the pool is open. We'll be back!

Fantastic Stay!! A+!

Truly a wonderful stay!! The house was newly renovated, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable and in a great location near the town of East Hampton. The owners of the property ensured that I had the requisite house information (in addition to their recommendations in the area) before we arrived and were very flexible and easy to reach if I had any questions. The kitchen and outdoor dining area had brand new appliances and were simply gorgeous! I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to my return soon in the summer!

Perfect Retreat

I rent a great deal in The Hamptons and Montauk and houses are not always how they are presented in their listings. This home was perfection. Great layout and spotless. Things were left for us just like a hotel which makes things so much easier. They even had the driveway plowed out and shoveled for us in the storm before we even woke the next morning. I can only imagine how beautiful the home is in summer with the pool, grounds and large doors in the two back rooms. We will be back!

Lovely Springs Getaway!

Lots of great amenities, wonderful and accommodating hosts, beautiful kitchen and super cozy beds! We had a fabulous stay here, and especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit! Wish we had time for the dart board and billiards. The deer fence wan an extra bonus for our doggies!

Perfect summer getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The outdoor set-up is great for playing at the pool, enjoying dinner under the pergola and sitting by the fire at night. It is well-appointed (beach chairs, floats, kitchen gear and even kid gear if you need) and the owners were available to answer any questions and offer area recommendations.

Awesome Getaway, Fully Appointed!

We just spent 8 nights at this sensational property where every possible need was fully considered and addressed. The home was clean, and an extraordinarily well appointed. We were a group of 7 family members, but think this house could comfortable hold 12 people. There were many features of the home that were not even included in the listing, such as the fully stocked set of yard and indoor games, wakeboard and surfing equipment, electric piano for family "jam sessions", and a kitchen and outdoor grill that had EVERY single utensil, spice, pot, pan, serving dish, and martini shaker that we could have hoped for. The segmentation of the yard into the pool area, a yard/play area, the amazing pergola for eating by the grill, outdoor seating area with heaters, AND the fire pit area ensured that everyone could do whatever they wanted at any time. There are a couple of small markets ver close to the home, and the downtown Easthampton area is about 12 minutes away by car. The owners were EXTREMELY helpful, made themselves available, and were genuinely happy to hear how much fun we were having. My family would gladly return again, or we might return with a few friends to enjoy the home. This property has been designed for entertaining and it was terrific. FIVE STARS!!
