Welcome to Playa del Carmen new one bedroom condo with contemporary design, Caribbean ocean view, 2 blocks away from new 5th avenue extension that means quietness which can be hard to find in tourist areas, but at the same time close to the tourist zone.
My new condo is completely equipped: kitchen, 2-piece cookware, 26-piece dinnerware set, coffee maker, blender, roaster, hair dryer, linen and towels, queen size bed, large closet, hangers, extra bed, flat screen T V, air conditioned, everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

buon appartamento
Appartamento in buona posizione vicino alla 5 evenida dove si trova tutto e vicino anche a supermercati che offrono tutto per tutti i gusti, l'appartamento e piccola ma disposto bene, abbastanza attrezzato per un buon soggiorno, ottima anche la piscina che si raggiunge sul tetto con l'ascensore e accesso facile. lo consiglio per chi vuole rilassare e nello stesso tempo essere vicino alla zona ricca di spettacoli sia giorno che serali.

Newer building, low price.
Newer building, nice neighborhood, helpful site manager, but the apartment was dirty, and we felt the linens had not been washed. There was no living room/sitting area and the kitchen was poorly equipped, such as no sharp knives or cutting board, one burner stove. Couldn’t use the pool as there was no way to enter or exit if you were an older person. I couldn’t recommend it. The pictures did not reflect the small size.

Mayalun 58 is located at Playa Del Carmen, a coastal resort town, the third largest city in the State of Quintana Roo with a population of 149, 923 people and located in the Riviera Maya, 34.5 miles from Can Cun International Airport, it´s known for its palm lined beaches, coral reefs, sea life, ferry service to Cozumel, tourist activity centers on Quinta Avenida or Fifth Avenue, which stretches from Calle 1 Norte to Calle 44, a pedestrian walkway located just one or two blocks inland from the beach, Quinta Avenida is lined with hundreds of shops, bars, restaurants and a trendy nigh life.
