Adorable Fully Updated Beach House - Pet Friendly

This lovely beach house has everything you need! Large master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom, 2nd bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. Open floor plan kitchen/family room combo. Kitchen is complete with all dishes and cooking equipment -- just bring your own food! Large yard completely fenced in and equipped with patio set and grill, large detached garage and plenty of off street parking. WiFi and Cable TV!!! Front load washer/dryer. Just a short walk to the beautiful Delaware Bay where you can enjoy sunsets, walk the dog and just relax.

We enjoyed spending time at this house. Bedroom was very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was great. Loved the backyard and deck. We walked our dogs to the beach every morning. So relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and residents were friendly. We had a great week.

A dog’s life!

Perfect house for your pooch with fenced yard and a short walk to the bay beach where doggie could frolic in the surf. The home is comfortable, conveniently located and well stocked for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor shower is super nice and the beach tags, chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated.

Great house and great location

This house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Best part of the house was the big kitchen. Nice little yard for our three small dogs. It was an easy five minute or so walk to the bay beach. We also were allowed to use the bikes in the garage and went for bike rides daily.

2nd time staying here!

This house is great! This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach (about 5 mins). The fact that it’s on the bay is perfect, water is calm enough for our 4yr old to play in. Conveniently located to the city, short 10min drive, and close enough to the ferry launch that you can go watch the dolphins in the evening. The sunsets from the beach at the end of the road are amazing, even had dolphins swim within 20ft of us. If you’re looking for a great stay at a good price this is the place! Can easily accommodate 8 people.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we loved it!

We chose this property last year for the location and fenced in yard. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs! The property was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for us.

Review

The house was a cute little place and a short walk to the bay. The kitchen was roomy to move around in and hang out. The only downside was the furniture and mattresses were not comfortable. The master bedroom was huge and would of been nice to have a chair or bench of some sort to sit on when getting ready since the bed is high. The outside had a nice yard for pets.

Great place on the bay!!!

We had a very nice stay in the house. Great for the dog/beach walks. Very clean, has everything you need! We took our bikes with us and biked along the beach on the bay to the ferry and Cape May. Very close car ride to Cape May. Overall great stay!

Diamond in the rough

What a pleasure to not have to haul towels/linens! Short walking distance to quiet bay beach-beautiful sunsets. Nice size fenced in yard for fur baby. GREAT AMENITIES! Bikes in perfect working order, grill worked fantastic-coffee every morning on back deck and I have to say--this house is CLEAN, white glove clean! WIFI worked great, tv channels superb! Had a slight issue with kitchen faucet but owners answered phone promptly and rectified issue. Loved staying here, quiet neighborhood, will definitely be back! Thanks Christine and David for sharing your lovely home with us!

New to Cape

The property was nicely decorated and had all that was needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to the bay. We enjoyed long walks with our dog there each morning. Owner was receptive to any questions.

Exactly what we were looking for!

House was great, perfect size for my family (2 adults 1 kid). Def has room for more people. Location is excellent. Central to everything you want to do, quick 15min drive to the boardwalk. 5 min walk to beach at end of the road. We were able to watch 4th of July fireworks right from the beach near house. Neighborhood is friendly and easy to navigate, great for riding bikes. We were so happy with our stay we booked the house again before we left. We’ve been going to cape may for about 5yrs now and this was by far our best stay!

Everything was nice. Couple of suggestions purchase K cup coffee maker. Hall shower/tub needs non slip mat -very slippery. Den pull out couch sinks way down when u sit on it. Just suggestions place was great. Ty

Perfect home away from home

Everything was as listed. I don't know where to start. From day 1 contact with the hosts was great. Response time was always prompt, very friendly and extremely accommodating! The house was immaculate, well stocked with all necessities and within walking distance to beach. The king bed was so comfortable. If it wasn't for the dogs wanting to walk to the beach early every morning, I would have slept to noon. Not something easy for me to do. Even the neighbors were extremely friendly. We'll definitely return, and hopefully some of our friends can come with to relax in this perfect beach home.

Visiting family for the holidays this home was perfect l!

We loved the home it was comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog Buddy and the king bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next year when we return for the holidays. The Knight’s are great hosts. Property is exactly as it is in the description and only blocks to the bay.

Amazing stay

Amazing house close to the beach, it is very well equipped , we had plenty of silverware and space for our smallThanksgiving dinner, the view of the sunset in the nearby beach was incredible.

We had a great stay! Being two blocks from the bay, we got a sunset every night! The dogs were very happy!

I just love the Cape May area and particularly this area by the Bay. I am a Finance professional that spends as much of my free time as possible with my friends and family in my own beach house in the same nearby area.

Why they chose this property

My family has been vacationing in the Cape May area for over 20 years. We have owned our own house in this area since 2002. I purchased this house and one other in the same area to provide people and their families and pets a comfortable and affordable vacation so they can enjoy the unique and enchanting Cape May area! This location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet is still a close enough drive to be on the Cape May beach, shopping at the Washington Street Mall, dining at an amazing restaurant or enjoying the sights and excitement of the Wildwood Boardwalk within minutes.

What makes this property unique

This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short stroll to the Delaware Bay. We love walking on the bay with our children and dog. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from this beach. It's also a great spot to just sit and relax and enjoy nature. And I just love the large fenced in yard at this house! There are so many options for things to do and the house is has all the comforts of home!
