Affordable, Clean and close to Oscoda Public Beach
This location was good for our family. Property was as described. Check-in was easy. Had everything we needed for the holiday weekend. We would stay there again.
Location was great. Enjoyed the comfort of the house especially the screened in porch.
It was nice to just relax after working all day and not have to go out to eat every night. I was able to get in touch with the owner easily for any questions. I will definitely look for availability for this house again for next years work trip.
Good location between Oscoda and Tawas. Close to anything you need on the main drag. There is some road noise being on a highway but there are no close neighbors on your side of the road which is nice. Right across from a small resort which had live music until about 10pm one night which was a bit loud but we go to bed early. As for the cabin itself, it was nice, reminded me of the place up north we had as a kid, great cabin ambiance. Had everything you need to cook your meals. There is a fire pit out back which I didn’t recall seeing in the listing. Communication with the owner was easy via text as was check-out. Overall everything was as expected and easy.
We stay here each summer for the ideal location, and the house has most of we need. The backyard is large and nice for kids. The house could use some updating. The listing says there is AC, but it’s just a plug in unit that can only be used in the living room. There really needs to be WiFi to make for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Had a very enjoyable stay here the screen in porch was a really nice touch and so were the DVD players and movies that were in the house. Only had one problem and that was because I locked the keys in the house one day and the owners very promptly replied to help with my mistake!
The property is exactly how its pictured in fact a little bit nicer, the property owner was fairly easy to get a hold of, and all in all we had a great trip only thing was that the master bed was quite uncomfortable but well worth the stay and we hope to be able to come and stay again 😊

Only rum are no heat unless we asked no internet no cable no Wi-Fi paint peeling off the walls in th
I look for a mid-range priced this is what I found I would never have rented it if we knew we did not have heat nor air except for room air and the heat we had to plug in but I had to get a hold of the owner to find out how to get heat no light in the place is very very dark no Wi-fi no cable no Internet
This was the perfect location for our family trip and the house was spacious for the 3 adults in our party. The first thing we noticed, and something we really appreciated is how clean the whole house was upon our arrival. Kitchen and linen cabinets are fully stocked, and laundry on site was super helpful. Loved having access to a BBQ and being able to grill outside on summer evenings. We enjoyed it so much we plan to stay again!
The property was in an excellent location. It was convenient because it was close to the boat ramp. Clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. The property owner was very accommodating and responsive with questions.
The large lot located right across the road from Lake Huron was attractive and well-managed. The house, which inside was much more like a cabin, was rustic, cozy and very clean. Spent most of our time hiking in Huron National Forest or watching the sunrise over Lake Huron.
Cutely decorated little upnorth house! So close to town so we had easy access to the beach! Comfy and worth the money. The bedrooms got a little hot but awesome that fans were provided as we contemplated bringing our own. We wish the side of the pond that is by the house was hog brushed because we tried casting a pole for the kiddos but it was to much brush in front of it and we were worried about ticks and poison ivy to walk through! Would be a great spot for kiddos to fish though. Everything was nice and clean, and we found everything you would expect in a little place. We wish we would have brought more kid movies there were I think two. Overall comfortable stay, and we would rent it again in future.

Great Cabin near Oscoda
We stayed here for an SCCA event in Oscoda. It was just under 15 minutes to the site, which was great. The cabin was clean, cute, and perfect for what we needed. The queen bed was very comfy, and we have no complaints. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot near the lake!
We stayed here over the weekend for a wedding, The home was clean and a much better place to stay than a hotel room for about the same money. No real complaints, would stay there again when up in the Osocda area.
