Property owner was very responsive with every message Neighborhood is very eclectic and quaint Clean and nicely decorated duplex
Bathroom a little small but worked fine for our length of stay
This property was just as it was presented. Alicia was great and answered every question promptly. The location was great. My husband and I walked the area and found it interesting. We did not feel unsafe at any point of our outing. It was less than 10 min Lyft ride to the French Quarter which we found was easier to do than try to pay for parking down there. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again.
Adorable suite within walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants in Bywater. Well-decorated and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable and the dual head shower’s water pressure was perfect (always important). Stocked with plenty of towels and little extras like water bottles in the fridge. The space is cozy, but definitely more spacious than any hotel room or suite. Perfect for one or two people. Checking in and out was uncomplicated. Communication from the host was wonderful (she’s hands off yet immediately available if need be). I loved my stay here and will definitely return if ever in the area.
Awesome home with a personal touch. We will be back again.

Beautifully finished apartment in a nice neighborhood
On a quiet street in Bywater, this rental is close to a surprising number of pubs, restaurants, and other gems. Check out The Country Club about a 2 minute walk away; Restaurant in the front, and a retreat in the back with a pool, hot tub and sauna.
Markey's Bar close by has excellent crawfish on Fridays and Sundays. Also worth checking out are Elizabeth's restaurant, Pizza Delicious, and the waterfront park accessible by an iron bridge near the apartment.
Would definietly stay again.

Great NOLA rental!
My family and I came to NOLA for the first time and we are all so glad with our rental! The house itself drips in all that we imagine those old New Orleans homes. It was super cute and very well stocked. The location is spectacular. It's a little over a mile from French Quarter. You could walk or it cost us $ 8.00 to Uber there. There is also lots to do around the house itself. Our favorite place to eat during our whole stay was at Elizabeth's which is a short 3 block walk.
This rental was fabulous and we would totally stay there afain!

Cozy spot off the French quarter
This place was the perfect place to be. Not too far from the French Quarter, but had tons of bars, bakeries, and restaurants nearby for the nights you didn’t want to venture out. This was a great home away from home for the week we were there. Whenever we’re back in NOLA we’ll definitely try to get this spot again! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home! Very clean, easy to get to, and it was in an adorable neighborhood.
We came to New Orleans over Memorial Day Weekend. We drove from Atlanta and had no problem finding street parking right outside of the house. When we walked inside, our impression was "wow!" It was absolutely adorable, very nicely decorated, very clean and organized and Alicia was kind enough to provide breakfast foods, a fridge full of water, and toiletries. It was quiet at night so we had no problems falling asleep and we felt very safe during our stay. This house was perfect for our trip! It is in a great location, the neighborhood itself is very beautiful with colorful homes, tiny shops and an adorable coffee shop that is only a two minute walk away! Other great places nearby include "Elizabeth's" and "Bacchanal Fine Wine and Spirits". The house is only a short drive away from Frenchmen street and the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Alicia!!
