The Backyard has a playground, also a paved area. Driveway you can park 4 cars. Full kitchen, Living room with cable TV, locals channel's and Netflix. Big Florida Room with bar, TV with local channels. Jacuzzi Tub.

Mandarin Cozy

Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and met our needs. There were good restaurants nearby.. our host was attentive to us when we contacted him.

Family visit

Jax Rental House

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious with a nice sized backyard for pets. The beds were fine and the master bath was lovely. It was spacious with a nice jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had most everything we needed for our stay. The sun room off the back was nice along with the game table. The neighborhood was pretty quiet - never really heard anyone other than the occasional car. Overall, it suited our needs.

This property has a ton of space and things for everyone to enjoy. Very clean! Owners left a nice message and available if needed. They take dogs which is a huge bonus!

Wonderful Retreat

Richard was the best host ever for this beautiful home. My friends and I were so relaxed that we didn't want to leave. Everything was roomy and clean. Looking forward to renting again soon.

Cozy, nice house in a safe neighborhood

Richard was an amazing host, the house is nice and cozy, perfect for my 4 year old, 1 year old and small dog! The backyard is a safe zone for all three, privacy fenced in, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return if life brings us back to Jacksonville!
