This family owned and rented condo has two bedrooms,
a spacious bright living room, updated tile flooring, modern comfort with slipcover sofas and is the closest unit to the (in the winter and spring heated) pool! A private courtyard is fully fenced in and has a shed to store beach gear. There are two cable flat screen TV’s and wireless internet throughout the resort. The 5 star clay tennis courts are just steps away, right across the quiet street. You can walk less than half a mile to the beach or park on the resort directly across from it. The beautifully landscaped resort is not only perfect for golf and tennis but also for riding your bikes, skating, jogging and offers access to several pools and a basket ball court. The neighborhood is great for families and even has a little kid’s pool.
On over 2000 feet of sugar white resort beaches, beach service offers para-sailing, wave runner rentals, paddle boarding and kayaking. You can often spot dolphins in the emerald green waters and if you are lucky you might even see sea turtles.
Silversands Outlet Mall is a dream for shopaholics and is only a bike ride away. Other shopping malls like Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard invite for lingering. Restaurants on the resort such as the Whales Tail and Cabana Café are favored by locals! For night-owls there is plenty of entertainment from Destin Harbor to nearby Baytowne Wharf. Popular Scenic Highway 30A is a discovery of its own! The area has many festivals year round such as free summer concerts, the 30A songwriter festival, art festivals and wine tasting festivals…just to name a few.

Honestly I’d rate it higher if I could

There’s a reason this place has such high ratings on VRBO: it’s really the best! Our family had the most amazing time. We spent all 5 days at the beach and then at the resort pool later in the day (my 9yo LOVED hoping between the 2!). There were SO many floaties and sand toys, and the chairs and beach umbrella were a godsend on beach days. We made dinner/breakfast almost every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our pup came too and it was perfect taking him for walks in the early AM or around sunset in the resort and we all felt very safe on the entire property. Britt was incredible to communicate with, so, so helpful with our questions and incredibly quick to answer. We were already talking about “next time” as we drove out of town to head home! Book this place, you will NOT regret it!!

Loved it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It is situated right next to multiple tennis courts and the swimming pool. Walking distance to beach. Great location! The inside was clean and had a family-friendly feel to it. We would highly recommend staying at this location. Thanks so much!

Comfortable condo

Communication with the owner was excellent. Great information about rental and resort and directions. Comfortable and appeared clean. Carpet in bedroom really needs cleaning. A coat of paint in entire condo would do wonders and make it appear cleaner. All of the above did not detract from enjoying the condo. Everything needed in the kitchen was furnished. Grill was listed but no longer available. Owner did provide other locations in resort for grilling. Having the pool right next door was perfect. Would stay again.

Good and clean

This was our second year in the same spot and we enjoyed every bit of it just as we did last year. Nice short drive to the beach and anywhere you want to eat. Place felt secure. Owner easy to contact when needed it. Plan on coming back next year.

Very Comfortable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The unit was cleaned well upon our arrival...no remnants of previous tenants at all. The heated pool adjacent to the unit was a big hit, and the grounds of the resort were perfect for walking our dogs! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Pros- Great location. Right next to pool. Quiet neighborhood. Early check in. Felt safe when walking around the resort at night. Carport for parking. Bar code key for entering the rear gate without going through security. Plenty of kitchen items. Owner is very accessible for questions. Price point very good. AC works well. Well lighted. Cons- interior needs some updating. Non- smokers beware. Immediately detected cigarette smoke particularly in the master bedroom and powder room area. Had to buy a bottle of air freshener to help. Ash tray found in the courtyard. Interior needs a fresh coat of paint. Consider replacing the carpet in the bedrooms. I do realize it is a pet friendly unit so that is a good selling point for pet owners. Will consider returning if some of the above mentioned updates can be made.

Amazing stay

Had a wonderful 2 week stay in this unit- it’s a bit older but perfect for our family of 4 & met our needs. Well supplied kitchen. Right beside tennis and pool. Conveniently close beach access. We brought bikes and that was nice. We love seascape and cannot wait to return!

Another Great Stay!

We had another great stay at Seascape. This condo is priced well and the location can't be beat. It is right next to the pool. Our host was very communicative with us and answered any questions we might have. The condo is stocked well with supplies for cooking, baths, and taking to the beach. The only thing I would change is the size of the dryer, but I know it's a tight space. We just air dried our towels. We will stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo smelled of urine when we walked in and it had hair everywhere and urine stains on the sofas. I immediately told the Owner and she said she was aware, She offered to come back and clean but I just told her not to worry about it now, Also, no 1st aid kit, That's important while on vacation. I got a cut and it got infected because i didn't have access to any bandaids. immediately.

Seascape Villa

The villa was very nice. It is right next to a pool and across the street from one of the many tennis courts in the resort. It was a little difficult finding the unit the first time, but once we figured it all was good. Golf course could use some work, but maybe it was just early in the year. Our dog was happy to see plenty of grassy areas and "poop" stations to dispose of her poop. Once we figured out where the parking area for the beach entrance it was fery easy to get to the beach. Over all we would come back again

Great and reasonable place to stay

Stayed at this tennis villa at the seascape resort during fall break. Rental was exactly as described and the price was reasonable. Pretty much everything needed was provided by Britt. The pool was literally steps away and very few people using it. Walk to the beautiful white sand beach was 5 to 10 minutes. Beach was crowded due to fall break but we chose to drive to some of the nearby beaches anyway that were more natural for the shelling opportunities. Back to the villa. The king size bed was comfortable and plenty of room for two adults and our small dog. And there is a small backyard area that is fenced and really clean and inviting with nice plants and an outdoor table for morning coffee. :-)

Perfect for our family

The house was great for our family of 4. The ceilings in the living room are high, so it really feels nice and open in there. The shed outside was fully stocked for anything you would need for the beach or pool. The kitchen also came fully equipped if you would need to cook anything. The property is right next to one of the pools and across from a tennis court so it was great to not have to walk too far. The host/owner was super fast at responding to any questions we had and very accommodating. We had a bit of trouble finding the correct entrance (I found it just fine but my husband didn’t think I was right!) and the host called us right away to help us get there. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable and quiet place to stay- then this is a great place. We would love to go back again!

We like this vacation home because it is only a few steps over the front lawn to get to the pool. The tennis courts are a few steps across the street. We also enjoy the light in the condo because it faces south, and the high ceilings give it a spacious feel.
