Great Winter Getaway

The location was perfect for our needs .. KSC, beautiful sunrises, a manatee & dolphin guided kayak tour with A1A, quality family time while puzzling and a rocket launch!!! The decor is so lovely and the thoughtfulness in how well-stocked every area is was definitely noted and appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home, Wendy.

Adorable condo

We stayed here for a few nights before our cruise. It was super cute, clean, spacious and well stocked. Wendy even left us a tray of snacks and gifts. The beach was just a walk down the path. We would stay here again!

Amazing Beach Front property

Beautiful home in Cocoa Beach

We spent an amazing 5 days at this property. The condo is beautiful and is incredibly stocked with everything from beach stuff to everything you could possibly need for cooking. Wendy is amazing and resolved a minor issue immediately. The location is perfect and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Beautiful place to stay

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Cocoa Beach. This is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Access to pool and beach very easily. Well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Walking to grocery store and several restaurants a huge plus. We loved our stay here and hope to return again for a longer stay. What a lovely place

From the moment we walked in we were so happy to have selected this for our short stay in Cocoa beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the future. The properties location was absolutely as described with direct access to the beach. We made good use of the beach equipment provided, with the children loving the sea and body boarding. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. We all loved cocoa beach and hope to be back one day.
