This one bedroom 730 ft. condominium is on the top floor overlooking beautiful active waterway. Witness manatee, and abundance of marine life. Completely furnished inspired by coastal living light and fresh. Enjoy the sunrise on the patio or dockside with a hot cup of coffee, or take a short 10-minute drive to Juno Beach for some sunbathing or long morning walk along the beach. Relax at our 50,000-gallon quiet community pool. Shopping, dinning and entertainment a short 10-15 minutes away from The Villages of Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter. Spring Training and Beach Get-a-way
Chad is an amazing host. The property was as described and was even ready a little before the listed check-in time which was nice. He had beach chairs and an umbrella PLUS he provided a few groceries as a welcome for us. He is easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Chad also recommended a great restaurant in the area (Seminole Reef). High Marks across the board!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chad's condo. The bed was comfortable, we loved the rain-shower head in the bath and soft towels. Chad was accommodating and even surprised us with breakfast supplies in the refrigerator (eggs, bagels, cream cheese, beverages.) The view from the lanai entertained us with the stream of boats that passed.

Spacious and comfortable water-view apartment
The apartment is roomy, modern, and very comfortable to stay in. The highlight is the large screened-in porch with a front-row view of the water. It's the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a snack which Chad, the host, was gracious enough to provide.

Pleasantly surprised!
This was my first experience with VRBO and Chad made it easy. As soon as I opened the door to the condo, I knew it would be a pleasant stay. Everything you need for a care free vacation. I had the pleasure of meeting Chad and he truly cares about offering a quality vacation home for his tenants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the spa like towels were luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped also with full size appliances. I’m looking forward to another stay in the future.

The perfect condo in the perfect location!
The condo is in such a great location, central to everything. The condo exceeded our expectations, especially the patio! I’m sure going to miss those views in the morning! Perfect for your morning coffee! Chad (the host) is so thoughtful! He even stocks the kitchen with some basics (coffee, eggs, juice, bagels, cream cheese etc. Excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Quiet gem
Loved this property! It was conveniently located to a lot of wonderful things. I was on a work trip, but got to enjoy the beach, pool, and several great restaurants. Chris even put some things in the fridge for my arrival. So thoughtful! Even though there were a few extra pieces of paperwork to finalize my stay, I felt safe staying here alone and it was really quiet. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute! Chad was the best host! Upon arrival there was breakfast items , coffee , cream and sandwich items in the fridge so you didn’t have run to the grocery store immediately. We have already scheduled another vacation next year !!!

Condo was beautiful and well equipped! Enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai...beautiful view! Very convenient to Riviera Beach and many restaurants all within a few miles. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! There is also a lovely pool and seating area. Highly recommend!

We had wonderful time at The River House! Chad was the perfect host and thought of everything to make a great stay.....food and drink items, amenities, great communication, and a beautiful view to top it off. Such a tranquil setting. I was born and raised in the US Virgin Islands and have traveled throughout my life and found what I was looking for and that's hosting guest and giving back all that travels have given me over the years so I partnered up with my best friend developed Serenity vacation villas all located in the Virgin island. So I am taking a leap into it with my very own one bedroom condo in North Palm Beach taking all my knowledge over the years from the properties I currently manage for my own I'm very excited to turn this chapter.

This property is situated In a graphically perfect area located in the city of North Palm Beach Florida on the Southwind Drive peninsula which interconnects the river with the Intercoastal in active boating waterways. This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the top floor middle of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar houses across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal living designs and colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive.

This unique property gives you the flexibility of relaxing at a resort like style condominium without the high cost of the amenities and resort fees that are associated with such a stay at a boutique hotel. Actives are abundant running walking swimming areas just a short 10-minute drive from our location. Boat storage a five-min drive away from River House is located five-min drive to the marina and Publix, CVS and Walgreens just to name a few to get all your essentials in regards to preparing for your trip to the Sandbar or for fishing or last min item.
