Looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay while visiting beautiful Central Oregon? Our 712 sq. ft. upstairs apartment will fit your needs. Located in a quiet SE Bend neighborhood, you're 10 minutes from downtown Bend and close to numerous restaurants, pubs and shopping.
Small kitchenette with toaster oven, coffee pot and Keurig, electric teapot, microwave, regular size refrigerator, with top freezer waffle iron, egg cooker, blender, hot plate, electric skillet, electric griddle, rice cooker. Dishes/Silverware. Coffee/Tea. Table and chairs to dine at.
Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. One bedroom with queen sized bed, dresser, closet, desk area. Sectional bed in the front room. All linens and towels provided.
Private storage shed to securely lock up your skis, snowboards or bicycles if needed.

Wonderful accommodations!
Theresa was an excellent host... great at communicating. The location felt very safe. There was parking available off the street. The apartment itself blew us away. It was very spacious and had everything one might need to feel right at home. The bed and linens were luxurious. We absolutely loved it.

Staying in a real neighborhood was lovely. Going for a walk on the nearby butte trail up to a magnificent 360 view was a highlight.

This property was just what we needed. It was very cute and very functional. It was clean and nicely updated. We chose this one because it was pet friendly. Thank you for allowing our service dog to join us for our trip to Bend to meet our new Granddaughter.

We had a lovely stay here in this 2nd Floor efficiency 1 bedroom apartment. Very clean and quiet and well decorated. Mini kitchen was just perfect for morning coffee and heating up some leftovers. There were items one could use to cook, if desired. Lovely fluffy towels, clean and well-appointed bathroom and a comfortable bed with electric outlets available on both sides of the bed (very helpful for couples with CPAPs and charging phones). I greatly appreciated the notes and directions to help our stay go well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I will definitely look to stay here in the future when I visit my brother in Bend.

Such a pleasant stay. So many nice touches: from bathroom toiletries to tourism resources, yoga videos and cute decor. There isn’t a stovetop range but rather a plug in griddle.

The Upstairs was a wonderful place to stay! There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The interior was beautifully decorated and comfortable. In fact, one of the places we visited was determined by one of the pictures in the living space and it was our favorite place to visit

Quiet neighborhood, great place to park next to stairs & easy but safe way to access apartment. Wonderful entertaining decor. Everything needed to cook a simple meal or warm it up. Big fridge with ice, fun glasses and cups to use. Great coffee & tea selection. Very comfortable kitchen, living room, bath, and bedroom. Able to sleep many people with blankets, etc, if needed. Perfect for the two of us. Watched a DVD each evening with maybe hundreds of selections, and also books to read and games to play... Just perfect. So good would almost find a reason to escape to Bend again... thank you!

Cozy but warm stay
Clean and very well kept accommodation. Towels were well stocked, lots of extra travel items if you happened to forget anything. The only issue was the bedroom was very warm at night and it was hard to sleep. It didn’t seem like the vent was working as well in the bedroom as the rest of the unit. As it was 97° outside and the lowest the thermostat could go was 72°, the bedroom was very toasty. Besides that, great stay with - nice location!

This property was excellent. The hosts provided everything we would expect plus some! Very comfortable, lots of space, very cute Coca-Cola theme in the kitchen area. I'd stay here again!

Gipsy Kings Concert
My sister and I had a wonderful stay. We are not familiar with the area at all, but the location was great, and the property was A-1. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We will definitely attend more concerts in Bend. We had a great time. Thank you, Theresa, for your hospitality once again! Next time we will plan on a longer stay to explore Bend and Sisters.

Perfect accommodation for a quick stay in Bend - most everything you would ever need - more than any hotel! We came in town for a quick overnight for a concert! Easy access to town! Great directions! Comfy bed! Very clean with lots of thoughtful touches.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights along with my dog. We enjoyed the amenities, convenient location to where my mom lives, and the neighborhood. It was a great landing pad between activities! Would definitely stay here again when I come to visit my relatives in Bend!
