The contemporary property is just 50 - 75 yards to the beach and a 1-minute walk to the World Famous Venice Board Walk and within walking distance to trendy ABBOTT KINNEY. THIS UNIT IS FOR - 2 ADULTS and 2 SMALL CHILDREN 17 YRS OF AGE OR LESS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a perfect spot for those who want to be near the action, but not near the noise. This space has everything you will need for a short term stay. This lovely unit offers 1 bedroom with a brand new Cal King pillow top bed & brand new extremely comfortable sofa sleeper full-sized & contemporary bathroom. Living room sofa bed (twin size), 2 comfy swivel lounge chairs, 50'' LED HDTV & Wi-fi. This unit is less than 1 block away from the Venice Canals - truly an amazing location. Dining area - round table seats 4. The kitchenette has appliances - stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave, dual electric burners, a toaster oven, and a drip coffee maker. Muscle Beach is a three-minute walk. Come and enjoy the Catalina wine festival by taking a 45-minute cruise to the Island. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is a 45-minute drive away! This space has everything and more than you will need for your ultimate beach vacation.

Recently voted number 1 beach/boardwalk destination in the USA! Walk or bike everywhere... Washington Pier is one of the best locations to watch the sunset, surf, boat, and fishing. There are too many restaurants to count... 1 block walk from the property to amazing restaurants, boutiques, galleries, vintage shops, World Famous Venice Boardwalk & skate park, cafes, markets, a post office, banks, and gyms. Central location without the hustle-bustle!! Everything you need is within walking distance. LAX-15 minutes. Malibu 20 minutes. Santa Monica, Main Street & 3rd St Promenade-5 minutes. You don't need to move your car with this property as there are so many things to do and see all within walking distance.
You can do without a car due to its location as well.
If you love a couple's or small family's getaway, walks on the beach, strolling the Venice Canals, or hanging out on the ocean deck with a cocktail this is the place to be. You can't beat the activities for adults and kids who love the quick access to the beach to boogie boards, surfing, paddle boarding, rollerblading, paddle tennis, volleyball, bike paths, and Venice beach. The list goes on about the versatility of this apartment. Truly a special gem. Please follow these house rules. Very secure building with BLACK & WHITE SQUARE CAMERAS IN HALLWAY, LOBBY, STAIRS & FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING & 1 black camera in garages to make sure garage doors are closed. The space is on the ground floor, with no stairs. Pet fee $100 per pet. Only 2 SMALL dogs 20 LBS & must be approved prior to reserving. Must be pre-approved and I need to know the breed of the dog before booking...No pit bulls, no Rottweilers, Dobermans, German shepherds, no exceptions.. NO EARLY CHECK-IN WITHOUT APPROVAL. Travelers must have at least 1 review to book. Un-authorized guests is $75/night.

Just one block from the beach
Nice neighborhood, property is ok for family of 4. The only problem - it's hard to find parking space on the streets, but there is paid parking lot nearby.

This is a nice little place, comfortable, great location, and accessible for those who need first floor unit. One step between gate and building door. Bed is just a half-wall outside of living room. Small convenience kitchen, no stove or oven, just microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Good fans for hot days. Bathroom shower needs to be replaced. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. We’d stay again bc of first floor and access, but it is a bit worn.

Enjoyed the stay, the property was clean and very close to the beach. The vrbo app doesn’t notify you you have a text message in the app and when I finally realized i had instructions for check in i was arriving. Instructions were a lil long and i was working on the fly and didn’t realize I was not supposed to park in the garage. Luckily they noticed and informed me within minutes of my arrival so i could correct. Short quick bullet points is recommended for some of the instructions. Thank you for having us.

Location is pretty good. You do need to be careful where you park. There is no parking one morning a week for street cleaning. However, there is a large parking lot nearby where you can park over night as long as you pay again in the morning. But they do at this writing have free EV charging.

Lovely little spot right by the beach
Lovely little spot right by the beach- the property owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. They even went so far to give a list of favorite spots near the apartment. It had a clean and comfortable bed and great little layout of the room.

Great stay at Heaven Venice Beach
We enjoyed our stay at Heaven. Don is a great host - super responsive and helpful in case of questions. Ideal to explore Venice beach and for biking along the coast line. Efficient location to explore other parts of the city as driving mostly counter traffic in morning/evening. We could almost always park in front of the apartment. Thanks for a nice stay.

Easy Beach Access
The property was very well situated on the boardwalk and had plenty of parking (one of my worries). With a 2 minute walk we were at the beach or boardwalk. Waves, shopping, food, and shopping all within a five minute walk made this a very relaxing trip. I was thrown off at first that there was no AC in a SoCal property but it was nice and cool at night so no issue.

No AC, No problem
The location is a stones throw to the beach and lots of restaurants. The property is clean and secure and the host is very helpful. Parking isn't an issue once you realize the no parking signs are for RVs and very large vehicles. ALSO, the lack of AC isn't a problem. I'm from the mid-west and when we hear "No AC in July" we usually think what type of humid hellscape have we gone too, HOWEVER, the climate in Venice Beach is very mild and pleasant and this was never an issue for us. I would 100% stay here again if I travel back to the area.

Great place to stay for location, value, activities and family
This place was perfect for our family ( 9 and 7 year old). The recommendations were super helpful. There is a convenience/wine store located a block away and many great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet at night and the bed was super comfy. We stayed for 5 days, most of the time we were out by the beach or walking/biking along the boardwalk. If we needed to head back to our place, it was a short walk/bike ride to freshen up or change. We were lucky to have booked this place because it's only a minute walk to the beach. Parking was not bad, very easy to find parking up front by the gate in the early morning when we walked to get our coffee. We went to Disneyland for one day, but for the most part stayed in our location. Biking to the Pier/amusement park and trying out new restaurants was fun. My son played basketball with some kids his age, while I watched and relaxed. The kids brought their wetsuits, so they enjoyed jumping in the ocean. I would definitely come back again.

Heaven at Venice Beach
It was so nice to have been greeted by the owner and he helped carry in our luggage! The condo was very clean and roomy! Loved the roof top deck with the gorgeous views of the ocean! It was everything we expected and more! Parking was challenging, but we found a parking garage a block away, so that worked!
