Golf course Home

Home was very roomy. Stocked well Neighborhood was quiet perfect for us on our trip for a graduation. Close to grocery stores. My only complaint needed written directions for TVs and how they operate for cable. WI-FI. Really a few simple updates. Otherwise the house was roomy. The outdoor patios were the best for early morning coffee and late evening winding down. Would stay again as our family we were visiting lives so close. We had a great stay in the area

Home Town stay

I was born and raised in Milton and needed a place to stay because I am remodeling the family home. I'm very familiar with the area and also got to visit family and friends while I was there. It was the perfect location because it was only minutes from the family home location. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of wild birds to enjoy while sitting on the back porch.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This was a very spacious home and had plenty of room for all the guests. We had an unfortunate event in our family, so we needed to book a place quick. The booking was super simple and easy to communicate with the owners. There were a few minor things that could be fixed, but it didn't cause any issues with the stay. We are hoping to stay at this location again in the future. Very quiet neighborhood on a golf course, so you may wake up to people golfing in the morning.

Perfect house for what we needed!

It was a very large and comfortable home. It was perfect for the family. Communication with the owner was wonderful and he was easy to work with. Next time we have a family event in the area we will try to get this house again.

Perfect House

Great property, great location

Communication was great - even with last minute changes and early check-in. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked. Home was clean and spacious. Easy drive to wedding venue (Holland Farms - Heaven's Trail Event Barn). Grocery and restaurants nearby.

Kayaking in Milton, Florida

Seven of us drove from Canada to do some kayaking in northern Florida. We lucked out with the Players Place house. It was easy to find and within driving distance of all the places we wanted to kayak. The house was huge and gave us all lots of space. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of seating room in the dining room and the breakfast area. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house and even got to sit in the screened-in sunporch. The owner was easy to contact and timely in responding to our needs.

Milton as a meeting place for a family reuniting after 20+ years.

Easy to locate, this home is nestled on a wooded lot in a golfing community. It was spacious enough for our family's reunion, the large living area & screened lanai made it easy for us to gather either in a group or for more intimate conversations. Four bedrooms gave everyone private space, were well-insulated to sound. If you like soft beds, you will be happy. Large, flat-screen TVs abound with wifi and cable to keep even the lone pre-teen content. We appreciated having coffee provided, but bring your own condiments. This luxurious home is sparsely provisioned and could use a little more attention to detail.

Amazing Winging House Location

This was perfect. Location and beautiful house. From linens to furnishings this place felt like home. Easy to use, and very comfortable. We had 8 sleep perfectly comfortable and 2.5 baths worked great. High recommendation on this place.

Everything Was Outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay. Every aspect was outstanding. The home was lovely. It was very well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. It was a pleasure to take a daily walk in the neighborhood. Craig was very pleasant and available if anything was needed. If you are a golfer, Tanglewood is adjacent.

Great home away from home

The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family to stretch out. It was child friendly, with a packnplay available as well!! The labels on cabinets and drawers were very much appreciated. I highly recommend renting this property. The proximity to downtown Milton and local beaches is an obvious bonus!

The cleanliness of the house.

House was very nice and pretty, but wasn't as clean as i was expecting, and the trash containers were full. The bed sheets had a smell we had to wash them, there was also hair in kitchen floor and bathrooms.

Lovely, spacious home

Perfect for our family vacation!

Loved the house, perfect for our family vacation. 30 minutes from beaches and fun activities on the gulf coast, convenient to cook breakfast together before heading out, and fun for playing games together in the evening. All amenities provided! We would recommend!!

Beautiful home - nicely decorated and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! We were in Milton for our daughter’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. If we had a chance to golf I’m sure we’d have loved that too since the course is in the back yard!! Would love to stay again! Marci

VERY nice location! My family LOVED IT!

My family and I LOVED this property and will definitely book it again! Everything was as promised and it was fully equipped. We are a family that loves to prepare meals. We had everything we needed! From pots and pans to silverware, plates, coffee pot....this property had it all. The property manager/owners contacted me when we arrived just to say thank you and to make sure all was well. Great stay, if you're looking for a VERY NICE place to relax....stop searching! It's all here....
