Recently renovated 4 bedroom house on a large piece of land is located right on Bournes Pond. Swim, kayak, fish right from the front yard!Beautiful views from living room and master bedroom.Huge living room with cathedral ceiling and 55 inch TV.Large porch right above the pond features gas grill.High speed Internet/cable Tv.
Master bedroom has a queen bed (with a twin futon on the floor for kids), two bedrooms on the main floor have two twin beds each; they can be put together to form queen bed if preferred. Summer bedroom off the basement has beautiful views of the pond and has queen bed . Basement has extra twin bed with another twin mattress under it and ping-pong table.
PLEASE NOTE: FROM JUNE 15 TILL LABOR DAY MINIMUM STAY IS ONE WEEK, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

Beautiful home that haEV

Beautiful Home that has EVERYTHING you need and more! Beautiful decorated home and great, quiet location to use as a base to explore Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and surrounding area (we took a day trip to Newport as well). One of the best equipped kitchens we've ever seen in a VRBO. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets over Bourne Pond on the back deck and morning sunrise walks on Menahaunt Beach (20 min walk from the property). Our springer spaniel, Maggie, had a great time too. Hosts Olga and Gabriel were wonderful to work with! We will certainly recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful view

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular whether inside or outside of the house. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. Love East Falmouth- restaurants, Main Street, close to beach, trails - my son brought his bike and enjoyed the trails and street riding and we all enjoyed the kayaking and sitting on the dock to watch the swans. Great time. Thanks Olga

Wonderful location

We had a great week at this place. We enjoyed the pond very much, with the kayaks and the paddle board, but I suggest you bring your own lifejackets. The house is quite big and the view is really impressive. We weren't lucky as the house wasn't perfectly clean as we moved in because they had just changed the "clean lady" and maybe she wasn't used to the house, but I must say it wasn't so bad either in the main rooms. I would come back here.

Great family house with an incrediable view

We had a large family group and our dogs here and everyone (including the pups) were thrilled with the house and property. It had plenty of beds and futons and a great A framed living area. House was air conditioned for the hot nights and the full wall of windows allowed a beautiful view of the pond when it rained. Already planning on coming back next year. Owners were prompt to respond to any our questions which made the process pleasant and painless. Would highly recommend this property.

Affordable 4 Bedroom Waterfront Minutes from the Beach

The house was excellent. Everyone slept comfortably. The yard was large and the grill kept us fed all week. The best part about the house was it came with everything we needed. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to relax either in the yard or on the deck. The ping pong table was a great addition too. Also, we were never too far from the many restaurants and shops located locally and in the other areas of Falmouth. We also took advantage of the canoes to go out on the pond several times. Overall, this week (with the exception of the weather) met our expectations..

Great house and location for a Cape Cod vacation

We found this rental house to be an excellent choice for our week-long vacation on Cape Cod. It is very spacious, light, airy, and well maintained - as well as being situated in a peaceful and very scenic setting on Bourne Pond. We enjoyed not only the inner comfort of the house, but also the various outdoor spots for setting and relaxing early in the morning or to watch the sun go down in the evening. Furthermore, we appreciated the “extras” such as the kayaks, gas grill, ping pong table, and chairs for the beach. Another benefit was the location – centrally located to most of the sites and activities for the Cape (other than driving to Provincetown), plus closer for our initial arrival and final departure. Finally, Olga was most gracious and a delight with which to delight.

East Falmouth Treasure

Everything about our visit was wonderful! It went smoothly from the beginning of the reservation to checking out. The owner is extremely easy to work with and responds immediately. The home is in an ideal location for relaxing and enjoying water supports. The view is breathtaking! Because of the coronavirus, it could have been a negative experience, but it was the exact opposite. Olga, the owner, answered my questions about the safety of visiting and supplied everything needed to keep the home clean and safe. Even though public entertainment was limited, this home provided the comfortable much-needed getaway my family needed!

Just Fabulous

It was an awesome experience. Olga was a fantastic host.She answered every questions and emails within hours. Her hospitality is off the charts. The house was equipped with everything you could ask for. My 2 1/2 year old daughter fell and was hurt and I was freaking out as I did not carry my first aid box. But when I opened up the cabinet she even had a complete first aid box with all needed items. The view of the lake was nothing but extraordinary and so relaxing. This was a perfect get away from all the daily chaotic grind. We will surely be coming back. And next time we will extend our stay for at least a week. Thank you Olga for your best customer service. You are the best. We will surely be back.

Amazing view, too much personal interaction with landlord

Property in itself is beautiful. Stay is beautiful. Kayaking was amazing. Although we had several things to complain about during our stay. Very first, the house was not ready when we arrived, property manager apologized for the date mix up. The house was not as clean as we have experienced in the past and we encountered pet hairs in the living room. The half bath was so untidy that we were not able to use it. I can say that it was filthy. The basement is full of dust and dirt so we had to make sure that the kids don't go in the basement. The ping pong table is not usable and is very old. The bedroom in the basement is too small with low ceiling and was not clean with spider web all over the place. The owner use the pier two times a day (3-4 adults) for a swim that lasts for an hour or so and that was not expected or mentioned anywhere in the details. It was not a choice for us but to live with it. So the personal interaction with owner was too much for us and we haven't experienced anything as such for any of our previous stays at other places. I would not recommend this place to any family out there who wants some privacy and little to no interaction with the owner. If you are comfortable with it then no problem the place is great for a nice view of the pond and sunset. Each and everything should be mentioned accurately in the details of a place when people want to rent it out. House not being ready when folks start reaching is a huge NO NO for us. All the best for other families who decide to spend few days here and hope you have a different experience in a positive way.

Lovely Location - Great Views

We chose this property because it was on the pond. It was a wise decision. Every morning we enjoyed watching the cormorants, osprey, and swans while drinking our coffee and at night we admired the sunset while sipping our evening cocktails. We kayaked and swam during the day and enjoyed exploring all the Cape has to offer. Olga and Gabriel were great to deal with and very responsive if we had a question. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family friendly stay on the water

We had a great relaxing time despite the rainy weekend because the house was spacious & full of natural light & tall windows. Everyone age 4-75 enjoyed out time together. We cooked, watched movies, played games, made and fire in the fireplace and took advantage of the house. There even was a short nature trail a few houses away that made for a fun short hike. The basement and top floor provided nice levels for quiet when we needed it. Thank you!

Wonderful setting

Lovely home with amazing view

Lovely home with amazing view. The home has many details that enhance the visit. We had a huge fire in the fireplace to warm up after hiking on the beach in the winter wind. The home was great in the winter while we watched all the amazing birds on the water. I imagine this place would be great in the summer with a dock and kayak to explore the water. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would go back and time of the year.

Wonderful late fall stay

We had a great experience at this house for the week. We rented the property for an immediate family (6 of us) get-away bubbled up together. This location and this house was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space in the house to all stay, to cook together, play board games, do a puzzle, and generally visit. We loved watching birds right from the living room and found the location to be great for short outings for walks along the beach or along woodland trails. Olga was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Olga's lovely home. The view of the pond from the deck is amazing, and my kids had a great time with the kayaks. Awesome view - Comfy house

Olga and her husband are very nice people and the house is awesome. The kids (and dogs) loved the dock and yard. The stars are amazing at night and the sunset over the lake is spectacular. Would be happy to stay here again.

Olga and Gabriel live in Boston, MA. Olga is a lab manager in the Research Lab in Mass. General Hospital and Gabriel is a child phychiatrist.We have two children, Leah and David, both of whom are finished their studies and are working now.

Why they chose this property

Our house has the best waterfront views, is very comfortable, located close to the beach, groceries, shopping, yet is very private location on the water. Swim and kayak from the front yard!We vacationed here for years and finally bought this house which we love!
