Beautiful Coronado Golf Course outside your door along with lakeside Eldorado Park. Catch the FREE Scottsdale Trolley and LEAVE YOUR CAR HOME. Go to Fashion Square mall, Spring training, Old Town, Arts Festival, Shopping district, and loads of restaurants. (even takes you to the Talking Stick Casino) Just a short distance to the Fiesta Bowl, Spring Training, the Zoo, or you might simply want to experience all that Old Town has to offer. You can use the Green Door Vacation house as your starting point. Take a bike ride along the greenbelt for miles. Or stay in and BBQ and relax with full Cable TV.

Terrific spring break visit to Scottsdale
This was a perfect home and location for our family of four in the Phoenix area. The house was as advertised and very comfortable. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. Communication with owner was prompt and thorough. We appreciated the nearby park and municipal fitness center. We stay in Vrbo properties regularly and this was one of our best experiences.

Great location; wonderful communication
This property is ideally located near the Scottsdale Green Belt, with parks, bike/walking paths, not far from Old Town, ASU, and good transportation access. It's perfect if you want to explore Phoenix and Scottsdale. The nearby aquatic center is delightful, and an easy walk. The owner was exceptionally responsive to messages (app), texts or phone call.

Great Location
The location of this property was great for us! El Dorado park across the street, 60 acres of fun! It is an easy 20 minute round trip walk to Fry’s/Starbucks, Old Town Scottsdale to the north and 20 mins to Barrett Jackson.It was nice that the home had a few extra condiments and staples. Traveled with another couple, site had covered parking for both cars. Hosts were very responsive.

Great home base to explore the valley
The description and pictures were accurate and provided exactly what we were looking for. We stayed during the winter, so didn't take advantage of any of the aquatic amenities. They have multiple bikes on hand, perfect for the parks and bike trails just a block away, and disc golf discs for a nearby disc golf course. The house had tons of games and toys to entertain little ones, and plenty of sleeping options. The location was beautiful, and a short drive to many attractions, hikes, parks, etc. It was a fantastic place to stay to explore the east valley.

Scottsdale/Grand Canyon Vacation
Very nice condo for the second half of our Arizona vacation. Condo was just as described in listing. Nice location in very nice neighborhood next to the park. Would have been nice to have another queen size bed in the fourth bedroom which had room to accommodate one. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of room for a family of six adults. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and space, needs more oversight
The property is a townhouse just steps from a beautiful park and walking paths. It is minutes from Old Town, the Airport, and all major routes. Location perfect. The property has decent amenities but needs plumbing upgrades (both showers) and more attention to detail. The kitchen and windows were inadequately cleaned. The host was easy to reach and gracious. She had recently fired the cleaning lady and had "done the best she could on her own." We arrived two days later than expected and nothing was done in the interim to remedy the situation. She mentioned a monetary return but never send one. We paid a cleaning fee and left the place cleaner than we found it. There were also loose lamps and electrical receptacles that could be easily fixed. We like the place overall. The problems should be easily fixed. We would like to return but have some "reservations.'

Great location with everything you need
This condo was extremely spacious and had everything you could need for your stay. The location was amazing just a short walk to the green belt which has multiple parks. We used the bikes to bike all the way to Tempe. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. But the public pool is a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Training
Enough room for 3 generations (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids) for a week during MLB spring training. Great to have the large greenway/park up the street, and the free trolley on the corner. Only complaint was dusty back porch and lack of outdoor furniture in the backyard.

Great home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We used the free trolley to Old Town, and close enough UBER was reasonable. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend.

Perfect location
We loved it here and the owner,Deri was so kind and accommodating when I had some concerns about the pool not being open according to earlier reviews. It was open it was big with plenty of lounge chairs. We took the bikes into Old Town (only a 2 mile bike ride). There was plenty of space for all of us. Would stay here again for sure!

overall cleanliness of property just average. Placed should sparkle aat this price. Lots of left over food items, some opened left in refrigerator. Frig should be empty and squeeky clean. Cleaners should remove all food items, especially opened ones. Bedrooms one and two were good. Bedrooms 3 and 4 were not good. Beds very uncomfortable and should be replaced with beds that can be slept in.

Wonderful location. Some of the bikes need some TLC, and tub faucet in master bathroom does need to be repaired. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked!! My twin, adult sons loved the xbox games!!

Scottsdale Gem
This house was in the perfect location for my family who came in for the Rock and Roll Marathon. The nearby park and grocery store were within walking distance. My kids especially liked all the toys in the closet and the bunk bed. I would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in the Phoenix area in the future.

Perfect home away from home
This house is so perfect for your stay! There's room enough for everyone, fun things to do for all ages, so you don't have to bring a thing! The house is amazingly supplied for everything, and lots of room! There are tons of bikes, scooters and things. Indoors, there's an Xbox, books, games, and puzzles. The beds are all great and confy. There's lots of sleeping arrangements for kids! The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, yet so central to everything in the Phoenix / Scottsdale / Mesa / Tempe area! Great start to anything you want to do in the metro area. Also, if you just want to stay put, beautiful lake and green park to stroll or relax or play games in. It is truly a central place for outdoor activities you may want to do. Deri's communication is top notch, and so greatful that she made us feel like family and welcomed us so warmly. We were truly blessed by our stay here and will try to book this location next time!

Fantastic family stay
I stayed with 3 other family members, each with our own room. Everyone said they slept well, though the one in the small kids' room was a little cramped. Living spaces were comfortable and kitchen basic but adequate. Liked the community pool, after a morning jog I had it all to myself. Bikes were great for the trail right there, but only two adult bikes as two had flats and tires wouldn't hold air- kids bikes sufficed but take note. AC worked well, thank god! Happy with communication too.

Great location and
We had a wonderful time at The Green Door. It is in a great location next to a beautiful park and just down the street from Fry’s grocery. Minutes away from Old town, hiking at Papago Park, and more. My 2 teens rented Bird scooters and rode all the way up to north Scottsdale on the greenway. Nice quiet pool. Every amenity you need in the house and even extras you didn’t think that you would need. Very comfortable home! Thank you Deri.

Golfers getaway
Place was great. Everyone had their own bedroom. Location was great for golf courses. We had a couple of small issues that the owner’s addressed promptly. Would definitely go back.

Great townhouse in a great location
We were very happy at during our ten day stay in February. House has absolutely everything you need for kids and is very close to an excellent park with multiple playgrounds. Pictures are accurate but really don’t show how spacious the unit really is. We would certainly return!

Great Location
With three active teens we need a place with lots to do. With the community pool, bikes, and fantastic park less than a block away, we kept busy and enjoyed our stay. Home was well furnished and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for a family. Very nice hosts.

I will stay here again!
This is a great home away from home. We arrived the day prior to everything shutting down due to coronavirus. But with the park across the street, pool, lots of bikes, board games etc inside we enjoyed our time. It was very clean and had everything we needed available to us. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Perfect place to stay in Scottsdale. We will stay again.
