THIS UNIT COMES WITH two adult bikes.
This beautiful BAY SIDE Le Jardin town home is a 3 bedroom with a King bed in the 3rd floor Master, an additional Master on the second floor having a King bed and a bunk bed set in the third room. This bunk bed set has a Full bed on top and a Queen bed on the bottom bunk. Suitable for adults or children! The sleeping accommodations are perfect for several couples sharing the townhome or a family needing some extra space!

This townhouse has flat screen televisions, upgraded kitchen including a Keurig K Cup Coffee Maker, 2 Adult sized bikes for you to use while you stay here and a washer and dryer in the property. It comes with all the luxuries you could want such as an iphone/ipod speaker and a printer/scanner.

Enjoy the sunsets over the bay on one of the three outdoor areas. With a Private balcony off of the Master, a second balcony off of the second floor bedrooms and also a patio on the first floor with outdoor dining seating 6. The balconies and patio downstairs are a perfect setting to watch the colorful sunsets of the Emerald Coast and listen to the canon shoot off at sunset each night!

Le Jardin is in the heart of the resort, the Village, boasting restaurants, events, shopping and attractions. The Le Jardin pool is on the 3rd floor amenity terrace just a short walk away. As a guest, you will have use of the pool, hot tub, fitness center and the grills on the amenity terrace.

This unit comes included with A 6 SEATER GOLF CART with a basket in the middle for groceries and/or beach gear. Grab a drink at the tiki bar and get your toes in the sand. Call us now.... the beach is waiting!

**Note: Golf cart is included in price but as with any other appliance/condo amenity, we cannot control when maintenance issues could arise. Should maintenance be required and result in loss of usage of golf cart. we are not responsible for discount nor substitution of another cart. The resort will not allow rental golf carts on property so this option is not available to us.

Great Destin Experience

This was an excellent property with convenient amenities for all ages and allowed us to enjoy times inside too when it rained. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, golf, beach and other tourist attractions. The golf cart made beach and shopping excursions all the easier. It exceeded expectations and we would definitely rent again on a return trip!

Beautiful property

The 2 king masters is a real plus with 2 sets of adults. The mattresses in all beds are top notch!! The couch here is so big and comfortable we all want it in our own homes. The location was great for Baytowne wharf restaurants and shops. Literally 200 feet away. This condo is the closest possible condo to the restaurants and shops, right on the corner. I would recommend this property to anyone. But all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor so not recommended for those with issues climbing stairs or toddlers could be dangerous. We had neither and thoroughly enjoyed the condo.

Things to improve

Loved the location. The floor plan was uncomfortable with the master on the third floor, but made sense for younger people just not those with younger children. We did not have any so it was fine. The cleanliness could be improved! Ex: The pillow cases and pillows were dirty (stains, hairs, etc) The carpet was not vacuumed in some areas around beds. Also, the furnishings and bedding needs to be cleaner and updated. For the price it should have nicer bedding and some updated blindes/shades. The ones there need replacing. They were torn up and didn’t work properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend covid getaway!

This best thing about this unit is the location. The overall cleanliness was okay. Sofa was very comfortable, but stained & with all the concern about germs???? Same for the master bath. Shower has moldy grout. Also, not enough linens provided. Had to wash every day.

Baytown townhome

Location & Golf Cart are best features of this property. Right outside your door are all activities in Baytown Wharf & pool area. Quick golf cart ride to beach. Decor is very 90s could use an update especially compared to many of other beach/condo properties We’ve stayed in area. The coded gate closest to our unit Did not work & was very Inconvenient we reported to Ashley & she had reported to management. Ashley was great to work with. Have rented with several management companies in Panhandle over years and Would recommend and work with this rental company again! Love LE Jardin location!

Great condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Everything is top notch and Ms. Ashley was very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect. Facing the woods provided privacy but yet only a few steps to the action at the Village.

Beautiful, clean relaxing condo

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo with all the bells and whistles. Our large family fit perfectly and enjoyed all of the amenities included, especially the 6 seater golf cart. Fun pools, beach close by, two bikes to ride, lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance from your door...the list goes on! You won’t be disappointed!

beautifully spacious

It was beautiful and spacious, all the comforts of home. The golf cart helped us to get to the beach and stores without our car. One of The advantages of staying there helped with being so close to restaurants. You could walk to all of them.

Property was beautiful with great access to all the action at BayTowne Wharf

Very accommodating home. Two entries very high ceilings. Restaurants & entertainment are just steps away. (Literally) There are 3 levels with master at the very top so you have your privacy, I typically like to be close to my children or between them & the front door however we made it work. Golf cart was wonderful to have. Ashley was very helpful and accommodating. Overall great stay.

Whole family loved it.

Loved the high ceilings, large doors and 2 masters. Great setup for all 6 of us. Golf cart a huge plus. Thanks to Ashley for all her help and assistance. Only disappointment was the small 4 ft pool.

Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of the village!

We have stayed in the village several times, but this is the first time staying in Le Jardin. This was by far the prettiest condo with the most space for a large family in the village. It is beautiful with tons of room. It easily accommodated all 6 of us and we never felt cramped. The condo is in the perfect location in the heart of the village, just steps away from the pool and garage with the very handy golf cart! The property manager Ashley was amazing. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us! We will definitely be back!

PERFECT

My family rented this property with another family. We could not have made a better choice. The pictures simply do not do the place justice. The house is very well decorated and extremely comfortable - we felt like we had found our home away from home. Also, the location was amazing. This was a more family friendly vacation than any trip we've ever had to Disney. Of course, the kitchen is beautiful and we certainly intended to save money and cook each night, but the restaurant prices were so reasonable that idea went out the window. We did use the grill at the pool but that was the extent of our cooking, so the moms got a break. I can not say enough about this property, the location, the cleanliness, convenience. . . whatever you need it's there. If you want to party, just walk outside your door. If you don't want to party, close your door and you can't hear a thing, or maybe we couldn't because we were exhausted after a day at the beach! The kids walked the ropes course, zip lined and bungee jumped all outside our front door. The only downside to this vacation was that it ended too soon and I'm concerned that I will never want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic property, exceptional location. Everything within walking distance.

First off, I'm a pretty tough critic and one that takes a lot to impress. My family and I have been visiting the Sandestin area for nearly 6 years now and have stayed at several different venues and locations. Hands down this is the best I've stayed at yet. The property itself is everything it's represented to be and then some. The location gives you and your children the ability to walk right out the front door through the privacy gate and your directly in Baytowne Wharf, all the amenities, restaurants, activities for the family, harbor views etc are right out your door. The rooftop pool is a bonus and makes it easy to take a quick break from the beach and enjoy the water, the gym and the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The property manager Ashley was extremely helpful and always accessible as well. My family and I look forward to our next visit and are happy to think of this unit as our home away from home.

Le Jardin

Beautiful townhome and definitely a great location to watch the sunset at night from your balcony.The management company was very accommodating and fixed the A/C as soon as it was out. The only problem was that the live music was close by so it was hard to sleep before midnight.
