This duplex penthouse with amazing interior design is located in a residential area right in the middle of Ipanema and Copacabana beach.

It’s a beautiful building and reception that has a 24/7 working doorman. This modern penthouse is in the area of Arpoador and by walking you will reach both beaches in just two minutes. The large terrace is facing the sun from the morning all day until the beautiful sunset hits Rio.

You are high up in the sky, more than ten floors over the surrounding buildings which gives you a very private and comfortable staying were you can enjoy fantastic views. Inside the apartment, for the total living space of 350 sqm there are three luxury suits.
