Luxury mansion available for seasonal rentals located in Itaipava, Rio de Janeiro. It has eight rooms, of which six are suites, and eight bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.
It has, among other amenities, Wifi, TV, air conditioning in the rooms, a jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, a large and very cozy living room, and five parking spaces. A really nice outside area with chairs, swimming pool, pizza oven, BBQ, and a breathtaking view of the forest and nature, where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountains. The condominium offers tennis court, football court and security and monitoring 24 hours. Perfect place to enjoy days of rest and tranquility with family or friends in Serra Fluminense.
Energy fees are not included in the values.
Laundry fee of BRL 200.00.
Option to hire a maid for R$ 200.00 per day.
If a maid is not hired, a cleaning fee of R$300 will be charged.
