Great House with all the amenities!

The house is cozy and well equipped! It’s just across the street from the beach and a few minutes from downtown NSB cuteness.. so great location! Communication was excellent and property was easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break

We stayed for 4 night. My wife and 2 boys and myself. We enjoyed every minute here! Everything you need for a fun beach get away. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay!

This was a great property for two couples to enjoy for the week! There’s clearly very close attention to detail at this place. Very clean and came with all the necessities. I loved that the bathroom came with toothbrushes, toothpaste, even little makeup wipes. Our favorite part was the backyard; huge, private, and sunny. We started and ended most nights there. My boyfriend’s parents were renting a condo just a few miles up NSB and more often than not they came to see us at the house. Loved the short walk to the beach. Adorably decorated as well. Really no complaints about this cute little house!

Super great functionality.

Good water pressure on both hoses one in the front one in the back with hard surfaces to wash down your gear your person and your kids. Back yard is huge, with a nice paver section with grill and fire pit table and chairs.

Beach heaven

What a perfect little cottage! Plenty of room for 4, although only two of us stayed with a few guests during the day. Right across the street from beach access. This cottage has every amenity you can think of. Just bring yourself!! I can't wait to come again.

Immaculate Beach House

We just loved this perfect little beach house. It had every amenity and was stocked to perfection. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The air-conditioning worked great. The full kitchen had all the utensils so that we could cook when we wanted to. It even had bikes for us to ride on the beach as well as a beach umbrella and a little wagon to pull our stuff. We would totally stay here again. Five stars

Better than we expected!

This was the cutest house ever. It is the perfect size for my husband and I. We even hosted a small birthday breakfast for my mom, who lives in town. We absolutely LOVED the backyard. I didn't realize how much I loved the beach until it was less than a 2 minute walk from where we were staying. We will definitely stay again!

Comfy, clean, and so cute!!

Susan, our host, was easy to get in contact with, very helpful when I had questions, and so thoughtful (she left us chocolate and wine!). The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. I mean everything! The only tough part was crossing the busy main road to get to the beach. With my elderly mom and my disabled brother, it was not an option for us to walk, especially carrying our beach items, too. However, the drive to the beach was super short (literally one minute to park in the Sea Villas lot right across the street and just a few minutes’ drive to the tollbooth on 3rd— that way we could drive onto the beach for $20/day. Too bad we don’t have a handicap sticker- would’ve been free). Driving onto the beach ended up working out perfectly for us- even better than walking. Overall, it was an adorable place and we had a fantastic time!

PERFECT!

I can’t rave enough about this little beach home and our host Susan! It was just perfect for us. The home was in a perfect location and was stocked with everything you would possibly need for your stay. When we entered the home it smelled so clean and was honestly spotless! We were spending the weekend to celebrate my birthday and to my surprise Susan had left me a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. When we checked in she contacted me to make sure everything was to our expectation and honestly everything was above our expectations. It was a much needed getaway that was absolutely perfect thanks to Susan’s amazing hospitality. We will return soon! Thank you so much Susan!!

This was such a beautiful home to stay at. I could not be more thankful for Sue (the owner) & how welcoming she was. She made us feel extremely comfortable. The beach was absolutely beautiful & only across the street. We also walked & rode bikes that she provided. Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️

Wonderful Little Beach Cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house. The house is beyond cute and is an ideal beach house. You are a block from the beautiful beach, and it's only a 1.5-mile walk or bike ride to the famous Flagler Ave. Don't drive - the parking is crazy. Take the bikes and cruise around instead. It is so much easier. Have faith when you consider this location - it's great!

Amazing Stay!

We LOVED our stay at Susan's house in New Smyrna Beach. It was an incredible location--just a minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and stores--and the house had everything we needed. The house was cozy and cute, and spotlessly clean. Susan set everything up for us--including a pack 'n play crib for our son. Susan was easy to communicate with the whole time, and was helpful, kind and lovely all around. The house had everything we could want--from cozy rooms, to great kitchen appliances, to a firepit, beach toys, bikes, beach chairs, ect! Susan made our stay incredibly comfortable and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great stay for our surfing trip.

The house was perfect for family of four. The house was furnished with all you would need plus extra touches. We enjoyed the backyard. Walk to the beach was short. We would definitely stay here again.
