Amazing 6 Bed Villa. Pool with slide & toddlers pool

A rare opportunity to rent a well thought out large detached family villa situated close to Praia da Luz. it suits all ages as there is a toddlers pool for the very little ones, a large swimming pool for the young & old with a shallow and a deep end. Both are heated. A wet pool slide will keep the children happy while the adults sit in the shaded areas, relax in a hammock or BBQ and have some cold refreshments.

Inside the fully modernised villa there is games room with entertainment including a pool table, darts, table football, music docking station and board games. There is a x box 360, films & two large televisions with English & worldwide T.V. via satellite & fibre internet.. A dual fibre Wi-Fi network.

Outside the property there is a table tennis table, pro swing ball, trampoline, toddlers seesaw & swings.

Travel cots & high chairs are left in the villa.

Every bedroom has a 3 speed ceiling fan for comfort and built in wardrobes. The lounge/kitchen and the upstairs landing have an air conditiong unit. The villa has heat reflecting double glazed windows with security shutters. The windows are 'tilt n turn' so they can be left open at night with the shutters closed.

The villa has a pool heater which is included in your booking price.

There are two villages near the villa.

Praia da Luz has a lovely beach. Also many Restaurants and Bars. There are 2 supermarkets with bakeries & butchers for your daily supplies. It is a fifteen minute walk. It costs between 5-7 Euros for an 8 seater taxi.

Burgau is a smaller village with a beautiful beach. It also has many Restaurants and Bars. A taxi will cost 5-10 Euros.

Lagos is the main town which is 5 Km away. It has 5 large supermarkets including a Lidl and Aldi. There is a 6 Km long beach. Hundreds of Restaurants & Bars. This is an historic town with many interesting places to see. A taxi will cost 15-20 Euros for an 8 seater.

Superb villa

We stayed for a week in the villa. The outdoor facilities were superb. We were on a family holiday with our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of space for all. The pool was a great size. A car is highly recommended. The villa was very spacious and the manager very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Everything you could want

The villa was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with a wide variety of cooking utensils. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy some private time. The outdoor area was fantastic, offering numerous activities. The local restaurants were outstanding, particularly Restaurante O Malhao, which served delicious BBQ meat and a fresh food buffet. Geoff was excellent in communicating with us and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Family times

Absolutely wonderful villa,loads of room inside & out ,kids loved there stay plenty to occupy all ages .Essential, s like hair dryers in all the double rooms extra towels ,board games the list goes on .The manager who looks after the villa couldn't be more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended for a family holiday 4star accommodation.

A beautiful villa. Fantastic for a large family. Very well equipped. We had an amazing week. The only downside was the walk uphill from the beach in very hot weather. Would highly recommend.

Amazing villa, with everything on the door step

We’ve just spent two weeks at this lovely villa, 3 generations, a family of 7. It really didn’t disappoint! It’s too far / too bigger hill for the walk into Luz for the family, but only minutes away in a car. Some great local restaurants, Tomik and Urban. The pool was great, with many days spent in it! We loved this place and will come back. Geoff the property manager was a great source of information information and very helpful!

Family Holiday

With 3 generations holidaying together, it was important to find the right property. We have enjoyed many holidays in the Algarve and this year was no exception. This was one of the best villas we have stayed in, the amenities and furnishings were first class. The property was spotless and well maintained with activities for all the family to enjoy. Communication with both the owner Martin and the local Property manager Geoff was great. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay in a beautiful villa

Great villa for a family holiday for 10 of us. Everything you needed was there. Great outside area. We had a few issues with the gate opening/closing but we ended up doing it manually for the last few days. Weather was great. Hardly left the villa as the temperatures were very high. The grandkiddies lived in the pool.

A piece of paradise

The property was even better then expected. We had ten people and the space was incredible. It offered everyone their own space when needed. The small restaurant Tomik was a luncheon treasure a short walk down the road and the prices were very fair. We also eat at the brick oven pizza restaurant three evening after day long trips also just down the road. Many hours just at the house with so many things to do. Phones were rarely looked at what a treat. We walked into town everyday and loved sitting at the long stretch of tables looking out onto the beach and having an evening drink We were all very relaxed and appreciated this wonderful opportunity to enjoy beautiful Portugal Thank you Geoff and thank you Martin the house was magnificent

Lovely stay in Luz

Great property for larger group of friends and family. Well laid out, very well-equipped all round, nicely located on bus route and 25 mins walk to Luz. Would recommend if looking to stay as a group in Luz. Geoff very helpful.

Amazing Villa- Everything you could want

We visited the villa for a week during August, from the moment we booked we were put at ease with communication from Geoff- he was always at the end of the phone if needed, and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. The villa was very spacious, clean and had everything and more that we needed. The Garden is just PERFECT for all the family- pool for children with slide, shaded chill out areas, hammocks, eating areas and a brilliant bbq. We loved it so much that we didn't eat out in the evening once. We would definitely visit again and recommend staying here. We all thoroughly enjoyed :) 5 Stars

Beautiful villa in lovely Luz

The villa was exceptional and had every amenity that we required including an array of pool accessories which the children loved. Every room was a good size and the beds were very comfy which made the stay very pleasant. The villa was clean and tidy and we were even greeted with a selection of groceries on arrival. For our party of 13 guests there was plenty of space both inside and out and the outdoor area was fabulous. Safety of the villa was also excellent and the surrounding areas were lovely. The villa is a 20 minute walk into Luz therefore next time we would hire a car but for those with slightly older children, the walk into town is very pleasant. Once in Luz there are plenty of restaurants selling exceptional food and there is a gorgeous beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the villa and our stay in Luz. We hope to visit again soon.

Excellent vacation venue

Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 children) were thrilled with this exceptional property. A perfect accommodation for our vacation in Algarve. Convenient to Luz and the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The property manager was very helpful. In addition to the excellent pool, many other attractions for all ages — ping pong, swings, balls, trampoline, etc. we highly recommend it.

Amazing family holiday

The villa was amazing and we had a fab time from start to finish. There is nothing we could fault. The house was perfect for everything we needed and garden and pool area was gorgeous. About 20 mins walk into Praia da Luz to restaurants and bars. Would 100% recommend staying as a family.

Amazing villa and family holiday! Very recommended!

We had the best holiday as a family of 7 at Vivenda Oasis - the villa really does have everything you could wish for and was great for a family of all ages. We really enjoyed all the games the villa had - the pool table, basketball, ping pong and table football etc - we had our own 'mini olympics' which was great fun. Geoff, the villa manager couldn't have been nicer and we had the most relaxing and fun week. The villa was in very good condition and the pool was lovely. We had some lovely meals out in Burgau, Praia de Luz and Lagos too -Thank you!

An amazing villa that offers so much!

Vivenda Oasis is an amazing villa, it made our family holiday so special and felt like home away from home, we cannot wait to go back. The kids loved the pool with the slide, even my little one had the little pool to join in with the bigger kids. There is so much room to relax and enjoy the villa. there was 10 of us in total and just the size of the villa you don't feel on top of each other. Lounge, family area even an Xbox room to make use of, not to mention the pool and football tables. It was just a shame it was a bit on the windy side to make use of the table tennis table! We loved the place and already planning the next few years return holiday, this time it has to be for two weeks!

Perfect base for our Algarve stay

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. The villa was very impressive, with every little amenity provided. Despite being a party of 11 people, we never felt on top of each other. Important, as we were made of up two families. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with a good standard of cleanliness. We chose to walk into Luz centre, which took about 20-25 minutes on a gentle downhill stroll. The return journey was a little more strenuous, although taxis were cheap if needed. We never chose this option. Luz is a lovely place to spend a few weeks, with access to Lagos only 15 minutes away. I would recommend a car to make the most of a trip to the area, especially for shopping etc. Geoff, the manager, was able to provide good local knowledge to make the most of our stay. All in all, it was a fantastic villa, one we have already recommended to two families, and wouldn't hesitate to return to if we decide to stay in Luz again.

Beautiful property with everything you can think of catered for

My family and I have just got back from a wonderful week in Praia de Luz. We were lucky enough to come across this villa which catered for our entire party (9 adults and 5 children) and we were certainly not disappointed. The villa was exceptional, every little detail had been thought of and despite not opting for a welcome package we were still treated to some bread, milk, cereal and more on our arrival so that we were not in dire need to shop on our first day. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the kids were hardly ever out of it due to the handy child's pool, and the bbq.... amazing! We've already been looking to get one for ourselves now we are home. We had hired three cars between our group and did travel around a bit but there was nothing too far out of reach. Shops, beaches, supermarkets and would have easily got by without a vehicle. All in all it was a beautiful holiday with zero complaints and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Family of 14 holiday

Had a great week in vivenda oasis, couldn't recommend this villa enough. Everything you could want is provided for. Pool area with slide, outdoor games area and internal games room gave the kids plenty of options to keep them busy. House is big, clean and well kitted out with everything you need.
