Downtown Studio w/ Sunny Alpine Views- Sleeps 4!

This spacious studio condo hosts breathtaking views of Breckenridge Ski Resort

and the Ten Mile Range. The mountain contemporary room features cedar accent

cabinets and a large brown leather section couch. The kitchen counter-tops are

dark granite, along with dual bathroom sinks. All kitchen appliances are

stainless steel, with a pivoting flat screen TV above the bar area.



These ski in/ski out (hike in/out in the summer) accommodations are perfectly

situated at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort's QuickSilver chair lift

and steps away from the Rocky Mountains' most incredible and diverse terrain

for skiers and riders of all levels. The Village is steps from historic Main

Street, providing the best access to everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Bordered by the White River National Forest, a serene Maggie pond, the trout

filled Blue River and the world class ski runs of Breckenridge Resort, the

Village has something for everyone, in every season!







On-site parking is limited and paid on property at the rate of $55 a night

until the end of the ski season. Spring/Summer pricing to come. Parking rates

are always subject to change. For confirmation on the rate during your stay,

please contact our property directly. If parking is not available during your

stay, our staff can direct you to overnight parking lots located off-property.



Just outside the circle is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system

that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to

other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

Great location but not advertised correctly

Awesome location. A few steps to the lift and to Main Street. Great staff that’s friendly and helpful. The worst part of the trip was the sleeper sofa. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I barely got any sleep and during a ski trip that’s super important. This room is advertised as “sleeps 4” and 2 beds. The queen mattress was fine. I can still feel the support bars in my back after being home for a few nights. They should replace them or not advertise it as a bed.

Dirty and poor management

The room was very dirty and it was not addressed properly. When we opened the pull out bed, the mattress cover had blood on it. We called 3 times and eventually had to go down to the front desk to finally get it replaced 2 days later. In addition, there was garbage and items left behind from previous renters under the pull out bed confirming that this bed is not being cleaned or maintained. The rental agreement stated that there was $50 per night onsite parking. When we checked in, they said the parking was full so we had to park at a lot a half mile away and walk. This parking cost us $40 per night. Although it says it is run by red awning, they defer all issues and questions to the Village of Breckenridge front desk. It was very apparent that they had little interest in attending to any needs of renters from Red Awning.

No issues. Clean. Great location. The room was not the one in the picture, but was essentially was a reverse-facing identical model. Good wifi. Good cable. Check in was easy cause it was right at the front desk. We stayed same facility before but managed by someone else and had to check in online. this was more convenient. Would stay there again.
