POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:

3. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. There is construction taking place in this neighborhood, some on the same road. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance may be expected. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: Some TAHOE GETAWAYS vacation rental properties have surveillance cameras that have been installed by the rental property owners, primarily for security/risk management purposes (these include Nest Cameras and Ring Doorbell Cams). We want to reassure our guests that surveillance is strictly prohibited in interior areas or in areas where Guests would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as an outdoor spa. Please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY –
Reservations are considered booked when Guest's prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
