Guest House close to Biltmore and Downtown AVL--Great for Couples!

We are listed on one other STR website with over 300 five star reviews! The calendars are sync'd up so if the date is available then it IS available!!! We respond to inquiries within minutes and will confirm/block the dates of your request. New detached guest house on SE side of Asheville! Easy/Quick access to all of the action and fun Asheville has to offer. We are located near I-40 with an approximate 10 minute/3 mile drive to the Biltmore Estate main entrance or the Blue Ridge Parkway (2.7 miles) and about 13 minute drive to downtown Asheville. You'll enjoy privacy with our upper story unit, close parking, all located on a short neighborhood street. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities abound.

Our place is great for the solo traveler, friends catching up, or a couple looking for relaxation or local adventure. Although the space is located over a garage we are using that area for personal storage so you will not experience any noise from a car cranking or garage door opener operating early in the morning from underneath. The unit has a full size bathroom with shower/tub and kitchenette for your convenience. Experience city conveniences, easy access, and relaxing evenings! Our kitchenette has a small toaster over/griddle/coffee maker appliance with coffee/tea/hot cocoa provided along with breakfast and granola bars. Chilled bottled water will be awaiting you in the refrigerator. Clean dishes and silverware are available for your use as well.

Our space is immediately adjacent to our home and you are welcome to park on the paved driveway during your stay. Access is via a single flight of stairs to the private entrance using a keypad in which the code is changed after each stay. We have a sitting bench and small pebble patio in the back yard OR use of the patio chairs on our front porch if you wish to enjoy the cool evening air.

Great little get away

This small studio was perfect for me during my Weekend in Asheville! The parking is right in front of the place which is great and I didn’t feel like I was staying in a guest house, but in my own private getaway!

Perfect, cozy place.

This was a perfect place to stay for the week that I was shuttling back-and-forth to the Warren Wilson, college campus for day – long activities. Clean and quiet, with a great shower. The only thing I would suggest would be the addition of a compact upholstered chair, so that the bed is not the only option For putting one’s feet up

Absolutely perfect studio style apt

This apartment was the perfect space and location for our short weekend in Asheville. It is truly your own space separate from the host's main house. It's 7 mins from Highland Brewery and 10 mins from downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really relax. No complaints whatsoever

Very Clean Property

This rental is a studio guest space above a garage used for storage. It is a detached garage. It was a quiet, and safe feeling neighborhood. The property was pristine-clean. We stayed for two nights and had no complaints. I would recommend this place for couples. There were also a few snacks and a few water bottles waiting for us when we got there. Very close to downtown Asheville.

Weekend Adventures

We had a great first time visit to Asheville! The little studio apartment had everything we needed with a few extras. The bed was comfortable, hot shower, small “kitchen” area that allowed us to put our cooler items in the fridge for the weekend and we enjoyed coffee every morning. The location is on a neighborhood which was quiet. The location allowed us to access everything the area had to offer.

Cozy apartment for staying in Asheville

This rental is a great place to stay for visiting Asheville. It is close to downtown but without all the noise and traffic. Check in and parking were very easy.
