The "Fish Inn" is a funky property, located on 1.25 sprawling acres in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This locations cozy atmosphere provides a break from the hustle and bustle while still maintaining the convenient, central location everyone desires. This property is conveniently located a mere minutes from the white sandy beaches and refreshing ocean that make SW Florida so relaxing (less than 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island!). The home offers 2 spacious bedrooms, one Master with a Queen bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both rooms have ample storage space with closets attached. The main living room is an open area perfect for lounging around or entertaining! Brand new "beach themed" furniture is there to make your stay comfortable and welcoming! There is TRUE high speed WiFi (internet) for streaming video or working, along with a large 55' television/entertainment center. The main area also offers a formal dining table great for quick lunches or complete homecooked meals. Go through the sliding glass doors to your private lanai for outdoor dining, sunbathing, grilling, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and every imaginable utensil is available to make your stay perfect!

Great Time at the Fish Inn

I booked Mary's place for some friends that came into town to celebrate my birthday. They loved their stay and Mary was so kind and helful throughout, even when they ended up having to stay more time than we originally booked. The property is so cool and what Mary has done with it is so impressive. Will definetly be using the Fish Inn again in the future, as we have lots of family from out of town! Thanks Mary!!

Wonderful and Convenient!

Mary, the owner who lives on site, was absolutely delightful! She is a kind, spiritual lady who accommodated anything we needed instantaneously. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels available. Close proximity to beaches, shopping and Sanibel Island was a plus. Definitely recommended to people wanting a clean, comfortable, convenient option while in Southwest Florida for a reasonable price.

Great stay in ft myers

We stayed at the fish inn for a month and it was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and well equipped with all the things you needed. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and lived near by so she was very accessible if needed. Unit even has a back porch with a table, chairs and lounge chair. Location is great, super close to everything but still quiet and private.

Mary took great care of my boys while they were in town for a baseball tournament. She responded promptly, was nearby if they needed anything, and the property was perfect for them. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

Cute place for a couple or small family

The place is cute and the space was good for our needs. We appreciated Mary meeting us upon our arrival. We liked the location - it was an easy drive to the beach and to the school, and it was quiet and comfortable. The close-access parking was very handy. We did utilize the on-site washer and dryer across the parking lot.

The location is ok, no restaurants close by you have drive no other way. It was a very bad surprise when the land lord told me that the closer on the master bedroom I could not use it because she has a huge giant vault that belong to her family…and I have to use only the one on the space room where the two twin beds were…I mean really??? For my inconvenience I did unpack what’s the point ridiculous… in my case I was by myself and my dog but if you rent it with your family of 4 ..forget about it, everyone after shower has to share closet again ridiculous. One more thing I told the owner she needs pets control and almost forgot , the washer and dryer are located at the back inside another apartment where a couple lives there, this is in their living… I mean I felt so bad , doing laundry after coming from the beach late just so inconvenient, the couple was nice but for me I felt horrible. This is my experience.

Clean, Cute and Close

Really enjoyed our stay at one of Mary’s units. It was clean and well appointed for a beach getaway. Mary communicated well from the moment we booked and made herself available at any time with questions about local activities and places to go. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay at the Fish Inn. Our cottage was modern, spotless, smelled wonderful and had everything we needed while there! Mary was as sweet as can be and a wonderful host! Her son Christian was wonderful as well and so creative! We can't wait to come back in the very near future!

Exactly what we were looking for!

The property was clean, cute, comfortable and convenient. Mary, the property owner is super nice and helpful. The place was clean and everything worked well. Not many amenities (pool, etc.) but if you're looking for a quiet place close to everything with comfy beds and cool AC, this is your place. We will be back for sure.

Perfect vacation getaway

We could not have asked for a better arrangement, with a separate bedroom for our teenage daughter. Mary was in contact with us before we checked in, met us on the property, and was responsive when we made contact. Location was quiet, with convenient access to cafes, groceries, and the beach. HAS THE BASICS

Well, it's not the "Ritz". But it's got the basics covered, it's roomy, and it has a friendly, attentive owner who is trying to please her guests. If you tell her what you need or what needs to be done then she does her best to comply. We found the location to be central enough for the activities we did. Not far from golf courses, beaches, shopping and Sanibel Island, we found it fulfilled our needs. It is not in itself a "resort-like" atmosphere, but I'm sure that similar accommodations in such an area would cost more. We had a nice time on our trip and left the owner with a list of things we thought would help the experience for future guests. We have confidence Mary will act upon most of these suggestions.

This is a great place to stay! It is very clean, quiet and close to restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the beach. They have beach supplies you can borrow. We didn’t use them as we were just shopping and dining. The property manager is very nice! Loved it!
