Fabulous property

We had such an amazing stay with friends for our daughter's Ring Day weekend. The house is very spacious and the decor is adorable and very appropriate to celebrate our Aggie! Location is perfect for getting around College Station and communication was flawless. Would highly recommended!

Fantastic for Game Weekend

This was such a great find for staying in college station for a game day weekend. Everything was super clean and the townhome has plenty of space for multiple families or friends.

Beautiful place

Beautiful, clean, spacious duplex. We loved how it was decorated and very clean. Awesome neighborhood, we would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect!

Nothing could have been better with our stay. Lovely home with plenty of space. Super clean. We had 6 family members staying here but plenty of room for other family staying in town to come visit. We had my elderly parents with us and Nanette was wonderful about answering questions about the house before we booked to help me ensure mobility concerns for my parents would not be a problem! Great space for all ages! We will definitely stay here again!

Immaculate

The house is perfectly decorated and a very well stocked kitchen. So cozy for a weekend stay with our teenage girls! The owner was incredibly attentive and by far the best host I’ve ever experienced! I would definitely stay at this home again!

Very nice property. Three king bedrooms were perfect for us. We had a small issue getting in because of a storm earlier in the day, but, the owner took care of it immediately, and everything was great after that. We will definitely be back. Great experience.

Fantastic Property - Clean and Comfortable

Very well-maintained property. Clean, comfortable, quiet property in a great location. I sent one question to the property manager and the response was immediate. Decor was super nice - Aggie themed - imagine that!!!! Recommend this as a great rental.

Beautiful & Spacious Home

Absolutely gorgeous townhouse with all the space you could possibly need! King beds in every room (which is a rare find), plush linens, fully stocked kitchen and laundry and convenient to everything we needed! Plenty of space for us to spread out and beautifully decorated and kept! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect Place for Aggieland Visits

This property is just a short drive down Wellborn from Kyle Field, Northgate, and the campus. It is very clean and use of the garage is a big plus. The family room and kitchen area is a great open area for TV watching and the provided cable was great. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and linens were very nice.

Impressive

Artisan’s Rejuvenation Med Spa hosted an interviewee for a weeklong stay. The gentleman and his family were gushing over the quality of the home and felt well taken care of. It is just minutes from the Cap Rock Business park as well as HEB tower-point.

Wonderful home - great for a weekend stay

We loved the house -- everything was great -- enough seats, a great outside patio, nice sized kitchen and it had a grill we didn't use. Nice location (I heard the train in the early morning, but no one else did!). Easy check in, great stay!

Well stocked and updated modern townhome - best value we could find in B/CS!
