This villa is a first floor end unit with an outside swimming pool directly next door. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with bath. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed, as well as an additional twin bed, and a 2nd bathroom in the hallway. We are located within a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We are also 15 minutes from two Outlet Malls. Historic Savannah, GA is an hour's drive away.

Hilton Head is a beautiful island getaway for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. We offer 12 miles of unspoiled beaches and parks with miles of bike paths to explore.

HHI vacation

We have stayed in this unit several times. We like the location and that they are dog friendly. There have been some nice updates to the condo. I hope the bathrooms will be next as they could use some upgrading. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We settled right in to this convenient condo for 6 weeks. It supplied us with everything we needed including a remote work area. We have stayed here before and the internet glitches, but then again we were on an Island.The washer & dryer could use an upgrade, especially the dryer which took for-e-ver to dry the clothes. Most likely the lint vent is clogged because often the lint trap was empty.We did notice upgrades since last year, including the new sofa!All in all, you can't beat this location.. everything we needed to do was either a 10 minute walk, 10 minute bike, or a 10 minute drive! We love this place and will gladly return!!

The condo was as listed. There were no furniture coverings and the furniture was horrible. When you sat down you pretty much went down to the floor. Vinyl flooring was bubbled and coming up in spots. The bed in the master is like climbing in and out of the Grand Canyon, very bad as you are sleeping in a ditch. The couple above walked so hard you had to turn the tv volume up to half to full volume to hear it. Shared trash was not picked up during one and week and overflowed. Bikes were a nice add and worked well. It is two and half blocks to reach the sand of the beach which was nice. The bugs were very bad on the patio because the bushes are so over grown. The kitchen is very very small. We booked this to go house hunting and now know what we do not want.

We enjoyed being at HHI for the first time. The accommodations were just the right size for our family. The only issues we had were the cleanliness, invasion of the big black/red ants, there was no broom in the property to sweep, however there were 3 dustpans, and there were no knives sharp enough to cut anything except butter. Our favorite part of the property was the pool.

First the positives: - location was great for us- we bikes everywhere! - bikes on site ..awesome! - Quick response from Property Management when items were needed! Negatives: - Looks nothing like the listing - Dirty.. needs a deep cleaning.. - Unorganized (closets, kitchen) - outdated! It looks delightful and relaxing, but we felt like everything was 30 years old. Especially bathrooms!

Great place

The property was perfect! It was ground floor and close to the pool. I slight walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the free beach parking and going from there, as some of us had some walking issues. There was one piece of the floor that was coming up, but that was it. Those things would be expected in a rental. Great place!

The condo was clean, and location was perfect. The bikes on site were handy for getting around. We brought our small dog with no issues, the island is pet friendly. The pool is not heated, which was disappointing, we would have used it more if it was. Pillows could use updating! Overall we enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dollar for dollar, this place is very strong. Good space, and two baths which is helpful. Decent layout for managing people. Tons of stuff for the beach. Chairs, inflatables, etc. Can walk on Nassau to get to Pope where there are restaurants, shops, etc. Drive to Harris Teeter for groceries is very short. Beach is about a 10-minute walk. Internet worked fine for us the whole week. Very nice presentation when we walked in. Here are some notes for those making reservations:1. The bikes are in good condition, but I would bring a small can of lubricant and probably a small wrench just in case. That's all you'll need tho. A couple of tweaks, if that, and you can go anywhere on the island. Considering that the bikes are included, they are very good. About as good as a rental. Of course bikes can always get a flat and if they do you're better off having a pump than relying on them to fix it, but if you stay on the roads and sidewalks it shouldn't come up.2. When you walk from the condo to the main access point for the beach, go towards the back of the building and walk Tanglewood to Forest Beach. It's much nicer and has shade. Deallyon has very little shade once you get closer to the beach and the walk back in the afternoon is super-hot. Tanglewood and through the back entrance is cooler. Also, the Alder Lane access point to the beach is just slightly farther than the main access point and Alder Lane point is much quieter. Easier to get a spot.3. Since the place allows pets, it's not going to have great furniture. They would be wasting their money because even well-behaved pets are going to age furniture quickly. It's fine and there are no issues with it at all, but just allow that in your expectations. 4. The water is drinkable, but not great. May want to get some from the store. That's going to be the case with most places.Honestly, it's the best place I have stayed at for a beach trip. I'd recommend it to anyon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As snowbirds, we spend 1 winter month in HHI per year. This year at 6 Beach Arbor has been our most favorite! It was a bonus to be a 5-minute walk or bike ride to most places that we frequented. Happy to say that we have already booked it for 2024. It is not a highly updated unit but it is certainly is the most practical for us with the best location. We quickly settled in, having all the necessities we needed. We were impressed with the comfortable beds and private setting. The property management was fabulous to respond to us quickly and respectfully! If I had a con, it would be the disappointing WiFi because we were working remotely and lost connection on occasion.We can't wait to go back again next year to have our daily lunches at pool side and nightly walks on the beach at sunset!!

Very comfortable condo in a great neighborhood. Close to everything and 5 min walk to the beach and park. Carlton the pooch loved it too. One recommendation….. new pillows!! All the pillows are rock hard. I had to borrow a pillow from a friend. We had a great 3 weeks stay

Short bike ride to Coligny plaza & short walk to the beach with cut through at Sea Side Villas. Bring wagon if you carry a lot of stuff. Reviews are accurate regarding being able to hear the upstairs neighbors walking around their use of water. Master bath could use an update and it was hard to adjust the thermostat. Overall, it was a great value!
